Best condominium right on the beach in Cumbuco, excellent for families, friends and couples. Direct access to the beach, ocean views from the balcony and close (less than 10 minutes’ walk) to kitesurfing schools, beach clubs, bars, restaurants and grocery shops. The common areas are equipped with multiple pools, beautiful gardens, 24-hour surveillance and private parking. The beach in front is almost a private one, but there are beach bars within a couple of minutes’ walk.

Best location in Cumbuco and an amazing view! Next to the kitesurfing spot - Outrobeach Club. Family atmosphere where we do not allow parties and/or loud noise. Direct beach access, ocean view and close to the center, kite schools, beach huts, bars, restaurants and market. The apartment was fully planned for your comfort and if you want to combine leisure, rest, sport and structure for home office, the apartment is perfect.
