Private pool and full deck. *No bands, karaoke, parties, or loud music allowed. Ambient sound is allowed only through the house's speaker and until 10:00 p.m. (maximum 65 decibels).

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, swimming pool, barbecue area, garden with lots of greenery throughout, also has coconut trees that provide a lot of shade, walls with electric fence and electronic security.

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
