There are 550 m² (5,920 sq. ft.) of comfort, divided into 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms, carefully prepared to accommodate up to 16 guests (additional visitors with prior permission). Private pool and full deck. *No bands, karaoke, parties, or loud music allowed. Ambient sound is allowed only through the house's speaker and until 10:00 p.m. (maximum 65 decibels).

Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
