Very well located 100 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the central village of Cumbuco where there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies. Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.

Excellent house 200 meters from the beach

Very good house, with ample green space, perfect for those with children. The house is close to the centre of Cumbuco, being well served by supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and beach stalls. The premises of the house are very good and supplied all our needs.

Sergio and his family were wonderful to me and my girlfriend. I was just waiting for a beautiful place, in front of the lagoon, to stay, but I felt like a part of the family and the local community. I just don't give 10 stars, because the maximum is 5, I would recommend as many times as necessary. If there are any english speakers reading this, this one is the place to go, the hosts will provide you w/ the best facilities, hospitality, laughs and kitesurf 🌊

Casa Beach Cumbuco 1

The house is in a condominium in front of the beach, standing in the sand and is exactly as the photos show. We were very welcome, Vitória and her parents are great hosts and have given us good tips. It was all very clean and cozy, air conditioning running cold at bedtime, quiet place. It has several nearby restaurants and also a supermarket. The house has everything for a perfect stay, which makes it easy to pack, we only add towels and personal hygiene that is the basics of a travel suitcase!! Anyway, if you want a little place to feel at home, with the good price and convenience, this is the right place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved the stay, me and my family felt at home. Extremely polite, solicited and thoughtful Host. The house was impeccable, smelling, clean, organized, with everything we needed on utensils. It was a perfect weekend as a family! Excellent condominium, excellent apartment and excellent host. I've recommended it to a lot of people.
