Beachfront vacation rentals in Caucaia

If you want to go to cumbuco/caucaia, it is a place that is close to everything, gas station, centrinho, beach, beach club with buggy rides, supermarket, but by the announcement I had understood that the two bedrooms had the conditioned, but only 1 had, but the power of it did not supply the heat of the place, it managed to be efficient only at night/dawn during the morning/afternoon it is not enough to supply the need, but otherwise it was all tranquil, good condominium, with swimming pool, grill, field, covered parking

The apartment is very comfortable, well decorated and pleasant, with all the necessary equipment and utensils, and Vitor, our host, is very friendly, always responding quickly and kindly to our inquiries. The condominium is excellent, on the sand, great pool, restaurant that also serves the pool and the beach, which is wonderful and even looks like a private beach of the condominium. Perfect stay.

This was the third time we stayed at Simplicia's apartment. As always, the stay was very pleasant. The apartment offers all the amenities and is well equipped. One advantage is that the place is pet-friendly, so it makes our trips with our dog a lot easier. VG has a very family atmosphere, is safe and has a restaurant with good prices inside (which delivers to the apartment!). We'll be back more often.

My lodging in this apê was wonderful. In addition to the place being amazing, very close to the center and the beach, the staff of the hotel always helpful and clean and comfortable, the service of the host Marcelo was very good. It's definitely a place that would come back and I'll come back more often.

The apartment is very cosy and the location is good. It’s a bit further from the city center but this was not a problem for us. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot since we had a lot of space and view on the garden. The condominium is very nice, the pool, the fitness, spa area, restaurant etc. The employees were friendly and always willing to help. Yeda is also very friendly and responsive. I would for sure recommend this place and would love to come back.

Everything was very good in the apartment. The only bad point is the process of entering the condominium. The condominium administration could carry out a faster and more effective process.

Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

We love our stay. The place is much more beautiful than the photos, quiet beach, family condo. Adriana and Bruce were great and respond very fast. There was a small problem with the air conditioning of the suite that was quickly resolved and solutions created, which we understand to be super normal, because unforeseen things happen. Imagine staying in a wonderful place, the convenience of having practically a private pool and a wonderful sea just a few steps away, literally the accommodation is on the sand! To this day, my best accommodation I've done on Airbnb. Pavol is a 10-star host, super flexible in terms of check-in and check-out, I have no words to describe how helpful he was to us. I left some suggestions in particular that solving the hosting will go from a 10 to a 1000. For those looking for a place of peace and tranquility, Pavol's house is the right destination! Excellent stay, very cozy apartment, beautiful decor, wonderful beds, which makes it even difficult to leave the house, it's so cozy. We got a rainy week and it was great, I binged on TV series and movies, getting very comfortable. The pool is great, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Center is close, we even went by municipal collective "bora de graça" to the beach. It was almost ten days of a lot of enjoyment, a well-deserved vacation and feeling at home, only by the sea... my family and I were very satisfied and grateful... Pepe and Nildes did a great job on this apartment..

We were 2 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days in mid-January 2025. At all times Jarbas was very helpful, polite and clarified all doubts. The apartment is beautiful, with several utensils available that made our stay comfortable, meeting all our needs. The extremely comfortable beds and pillows, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room are always pleasant. The leisure area is great, with clean swimming pools, an impeccable garden, and very polite and helpful staff. Beach access is safe and entrance through the concierge as well. We felt good about the condominium policy. There is a restaurant and pool bar. Excellent food We went to Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Porto das Dunas beach, Sabiaguaba dunes, Lagoinha beaches, Flecheiras, Praia do Futuro and Mercado Central. We rented a car and felt safe the whole time, the city is wonderful, with good and signposted roads. We were sorry to have to leave. Very peaceful environment

The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils, large TV, to beach chairs and beach tennis rackets! The view from the balcony is beautiful and the condominium's leisure area is as good as any resort. The apartment is spacious, bright and airy. The condominium is in a very nice part of the beach with a lot of privacy and tranquility. In addition to all this, what made all the most was Rebeca's attention, who took care of everything and treated us super well, making sure that we would have the best experience possible. I highly recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!
