I loved staying at this location. I think this will be where I will stay everytime I come to Charlotte!!! We loved the balcony and the bedroom decore was beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

This is our second time with Sabrina. The apartment is perfect for us and we enjoy having a workout area in the clubhouse. Close to restaurants and our son’s home- great location.

Initially there was a little hiccup, but it was easily resolved. Gabby was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was very comfortable and had a full kitchen and appliances. The bed was very firm which my partner loved but wasn't great for me. I got a mattress topper and that helped. My partner uses a power wheelchair and the apartment had plenty of room for him to get around. The accessible parking was very convenient as well. It was very clean and nicely decorated, we were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were not able to stay on our dates as our daughter woke up extremely sick. I called Randy and he was willing to move the dates for a future date. I really appreciate him working with us and was unfortunate we had to cancel the morning of. We look forward to staying there soon.

This was a perfect getaway for my son's Spring Break. The host was very responsive and was quick to get back when we needed to extend our trip for one more day. The place was very clean and was very clean and comforting. The view of this apartment was spectacular with an overlook of a local marina. So peaceful and quiet. The local residents were very friendly. Would recommend to friends & family looking to get away. 10/10 would stay here again.

This trip was for husband & 2 fishing buddies. Location was good, dead end street with easy access to a nearby launch. The house is nice, modern and has necessary amenities. Kevin even allowed use of garage space which helped a lot to keep the pollen off my boat overnight! A blower was also provided which helped since pollen is high in the area right now. Nice paved driveway, although we had a challenge getting 3 boat trailers to fit. It will only accommodate 2. A nearby neighbor passing by tried to be helpful with our parking dilemma when they noticed us struggling to fit all, although a man across the street came over and was confrontational & opinionated about the circumstance. Not sure why he felt the need to involve himself but it all worked out & we would stay in this place again.

Perfect home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, 3 grocery stores snd anything else you would need. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable and well appointed!

I loved this house and location. It was great for an extended stay with family. There was space for everyone and things to do around the house to keep you busy. The sheds with the game room and workout room were great! The view and yard was beautiful! I loved that they had cleaning products and detergent and dishwasher tabs for us to use without limiting that. We had two things that needed to be fixed during our stay, but the response time and respect of privacy was great!! Given we were there for 2 weeks I was sad to leave! I would return.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This was the perfect choice. Everything we needed was there from indoor games to plenty of space to the play yard and the basketball goal etc. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites. Thank you so much for everything!

Nice, last minute weekend getaway for us! The house is very spacious and clean. The pool was very relaxing and the scenic view was amazing. This was such a beautiful home. The host and representative that I was in contact with were responsive and helpful! It’s a beautiful little getaway when you need some time away. The view is gorgeous! There isn’t much around so this is the best place to grab groceries and grill out with your family or friends!
