Perfect location! The place was great for my kids and I. My husband is deployed and this was the first trip we have taken without him. We felt very safe in the area. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for hosting us.

We loved our stay at White Laurel Cottage! It was just perfect for our family of eight. We all loved the hot tub - that was a highlight, especially for the children. One evening we sat around the campfire and told stories. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. The location was spot on with so much to do so close. We enjoyed playing disc golf just 10 minutes away at North Cove. We toured Linville Cavern just down the road. And we had a wonderful, family friendly hike just a stones throw away at at the Linville Falls and Gorge. Of course, the general store is great and just around the corner if you need anything. We would recommend this great Airbnb to anyone!

Our son has been at Lenoir-Rhyne University for the last 5 years. We stayed at Hilary's a few years ago when visiting and have come back again for his graduation. The first thing we did when booking our trip was to check that Hilary's place was available so we could stay here again. We can't recommend this place enough - it has everything you could need and the area is fantastic.

Place was great. It is a perfect spot for a quiet romantic getaway, very private and relaxing. I do recommend making sure you bring everything you need, grocery/drug stores are about thirty minutes away, but that is a small price to pay for the privacy/peace/quiet that you will get. There are hiking spots galore within a 15-20 minute drive. Not much else I can add. I give it five stars and would highly recommend.

Great location in peaceful lakefront cove on Lake Norman. Clean and well equipped home. Appreciated the dock, hot tub, fire pit, paddle board, kayaks, pool table, comfortable beds. Everything you need… equipped kitchen, dishwasher and laundry detergent, towels, extra blankets, body wash and shampoo. Jordan was responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

We are house hunting in the area. I won big points with my wife with our stay at Tim’s. It’s quiet, clean, and unique. The hot tub was really nice at the end of the day. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at the lake house! The property was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The highlight of the stay was definitely the lake—perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The combination of a clean and comfortable home with the natural beauty of the lake made for a wonderful getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a fantastic location for our family and really enjoyed the large backyard for our dog! Loved walking down to the pub in the evening to sit outside..it was dog friendly too! The home was very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful house, very clean and cozy. Outside was private with a privacy fence on one side and shrubs on the other. It was quiet at night and with a gated driveway it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cabin. We were sad the weather was too cool to enjoy the screened in porch, because it was a cute little area. This cabin was near the end of the road, so it was quiet. There are places close by, but the thick vegetation makes it feel secluded. This was a great place for a holiday weekend, with places to go and restaurants to eat at within an easy distance.

Our first ABNB experience and Bill made everything easy. House was perfect for us. We are in our 50s and traveled with my 75yr old mom and too small pups. The house is amazing, clean, quiet area off the main rd. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely return as my kids and grandkids live up here. Perfect host!

We rented this space to celebrate my son graduating college! It was perfect! Several bedrooms for a great price. Beautiful lake and lots of outside seating! It was a cozy comfortable space to host!

Very nice place. Came with everything you’d ever need and very modern. Nice little things you notice that just makes the stay so much better, like a heated towel rack. They were rebuilding the dock during our stay so we couldn’t really spend the beginning of the day outside due to the construction equipment and men working but it was nice outside all day so we got to spend the afternoon playing with kids in the yard and water. Super close to a lot of grocery stores, gas stations and activities. Perfect place for a family get away!

Great vacation spot! This home was very clean and had all the accommodations for a fun trip. There are beautiful views of the lake. We spent most of our time on the upper porch and the dock. We would definitely rent this property again.

This home was a perfect place for our family with plenty of room! The views were breathtaking, location was peaceful and close to everywhere we needed to be, stores, and restaurants we love, while visiting our hometown and family, for my niece’s HS graduation! The Hosts were very attentive, responsive, & accommodating to our questions and requests! We enjoyed spending time with family sitting out by the firepit, playing games, and corn hole, we even rented a pontoon boat for a day! The kids loved swimming by the dock, using the water foam to play on, and the kayaks! Thanks for letting us make wonderful memories in this beautiful home!
