Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Castro

Filomena's place faithfully complies with what is shown in the photographs. It is relevant to mention that the cabin is located on the climb to a hill, so if they go by vehicle, no problem. Otherwise, I recommend order uber (the rate from the terminal is between $4000 and $8000 depending on the demand) or pay radiotaxi (I don't know the rate) as the raise is fairly demanding. The walk down is recommended, there are excellent views. Filomena was very friendly and helpful with us at all times and the cottage is full equipped for cooking. The place is very quiet and welcoming. We are very grateful for the will of her husband who went to leave us at the Castro terminal. The cabin IS has hot water, despite what it indicates in the description. We will definitely stay with her again. Highly recommended, excellent host.

Comfortable space

Very cozy and picturesque Palafito, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, very well located, you can walk to the center. Beautiful view where you can see the rise and fall from the tide, you can hear the sound of the sea and the seagulls. Verónica is always very friendly, flexible with check-in and check-out, and gave us many recommendations for cafes and restaurants in the area. To repeat!

We loved the Bordemar house!!! The space is exquisite, it has many rooms and bathrooms. Very close to Castro. Grateful for the attention of Alejandro and the host Sibele!!

Highly recommended to stay with Daniel, a very clean cabin, with very good heating (important for these dates with cold weather), the cabin has a beautiful view, we appreciate the kindness and good disposition, we will definitely return.

The house is beautiful! Bright and nicely decorated. The quincho is very useful for rainy days. The wonderful environment. Very good location, central to everything. There is a supermarket very close by which facilitates sourcing. Very friendly and flexible host with schedules. We'll be back anyways!!!

Cozy cabin, with beautiful views of the forest and steps from the Lake. Location near the center of Huillinco, where there are stores and restaurants. we loved the place and would certainly go back 💖

Very quiet place, good transportation, easy access to downtown Castro, businesses close to the place. Cabañita very welcoming. The only thing I would add is a handrail in the shower area because it is a bit slippery, especially if you rent to elderly people.

Maria Jose and Oscar are great hosts. Super attentive to any needs guests may have. For animal lovers, Coco is the best host dog. The location is simply perfect. It's not hard to get there, and the hosts give very precise instructions on how to do it. From the windows, you can see beautiful sunrises. The town of Chonchi is very close, it has everything you need to stock up without having to endure the chaos of Castro. The house is even better than the pictures show. The kitchen is very well equipped (and impeccable), with everything you need for cooking. Don't hesitate for a second to choose this place for your stay in Chiloé. They won't regret it.

We went with my daughter and my little boy, a really spectacular week. Mrs. Gladys is a 10, attentive to what we needed, the accommodation was all very clean and tidy, with business a few steps away, in case something was missing, very central, good collectivity everywhere, a few blocks from the center of Castro, perfectly walkable. We would love to host with her again. Thank you very much Mrs. Gladys for everything, we had an amazing time.

The palafito was very nice, with all the chilote style and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The industry was so peaceful and Marina was always available when we needed her.
