Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Castle Hills

The house was wonderful. My 2 brothers and their wives and I all had separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We needed a one story house for one brother and this house more than fit the bill. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped. We were all able to easily fit in kitchen when preparing meals. We loved staying there.

The house was beautiful! The hosts truly thought of everything that you might need and communicated in a very timely manner. We visited lots of things in downtown San Antonio while we were there and the house was a perfect distance from everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house to others!

We were a party of 6 adults (3 couples) and two young children. Every single one of the adults gave me props for the selection! It met all of our needs and then some. Joseph, thank you so very much for all the little touches such as tons of swim towels, snacks, ect. It was perfection! I had two guests come over that live in the area and they were VERY impressed! I'm certain you'll get residual business! Again, thank you for the precious moment memories that your home created for us!

My siblings and I truly enjoyed staying at Lenny’s and Teresa’s house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was so much fun! We definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to escape the hot Texas weather! It is close to stores and restaurants! The beds are super comfortable and the blackout curtains in the room let you sleep through anything!! We look forward to staying at their place again in the near future!!!

We rented the Vintage Cottage for our daughter’s freshman orientation at Trinity University, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was exactly as described—charming, spotless, and stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely plan to stay here again on future trips to San Antonio!

Great place to stay for families. Appreciated the pack n play, high chair and even plastic plates/utensils. Short drive from the zoo, Doseum and river walk. Great outdoor space.

House was beautiful. Heated pool. We did a whole host of touristy things and never drove more than 20 minutes. We have little kids and this was probably the most child friendly air bnb ever. My son elopes and the doors all had multiple locks. The back door had the most childproof lock, the pool was so secure. It was great. We had 9 family members stay and had plenty of room.

First time Airbnb experience…lifetime of memories! If you enjoy staying at 5 Star Hotels, then this is the place for you. This retreat/resort style house is equipped with all you need and more. Words cannot express how much my family and I enjoyed this Airbnb. We were a family of 10 adults with various age and 1 child (4 years old). This home was able to accommodate all of us comfortably. The house looks EXACTLY like the photos and OMG the amenities were AMAZING! There were soooo many activities to enjoy for all of us on this property that we did not leave with the exception to attend my daughter’s Air Force graduation. We were in ahhh of this house from the beginning to the end. Located close to the airport and centrally to popular local attractions. The host was AMAZING. Very friendly and quick to respond. The only negative comment I have about this home is that we should’ve stayed longer! If I’m ever back in Austin, I will DEFINITELY reserve this property again. Run, don’t walk

Second time staying at this AirBnb and I have to say my stay only got better the second time around. Luis Daniel G are a great host and definitely one of the best hosts on AirBnb at the moment.

Enjoyed our stay! The one closet with locks worried me initially as I am a female traveler, but it just seemed to be a storage closet. Other than that, great hosts and a great stay. About 23 minutes from down town San Antonio. Thanks for the stay!

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Nice and clean on the inside and outside space reminded me of back home in Jamaica, I sat outside under the tree ate a mango and enjoyed the shade. Host was responsive and provided lots of drinking water and small essentials I definitely recommend and would go back

A found a great place to stay while visiting my sister who lives in Helotes and was a perfect get away only about a mile away from her. The host's Bob and Patti were very gracious and very helpful. It's a perfect over the garage loft that has all you need in it. Very quite. Sky lights light up the room. Clean and clean smelling. I enjoyed my ten day vacation experience there, you will too.

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Sarah and Aaron were amazing hosts. We had a last minute vacation snafu and had to find a place to stay in San Antonio asap. They responded quickly to my request to book and were super accommodating and friendly. Their place is so adorable- we felt right at home as soon as we arrived and loved our stay. Would most definitely stay there again!

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Traci was extremely responsive and kind! We had no logistical issues and enjoyed our stay!

Great studio in an awesome location. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Apartment is one street over from a commercial area with lots of places to go, but is in a quiet neighborhood with many beautiful older homes surrounding the condo. It is street parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby. Place is small, but very well organized and comfortable for two people. Nice backyard patio.

The place was nice and clean with clear instructions on how to get to the room, where to park, and how to get in. She reply’s in a timely manner and super friendly.
