1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps your cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.

We had a short issue with our heating and water because of the polar vortex but now everything is shipped shape and working great ! Daniel was an amazing host! He was so responsive to our questions. When we arrived the home was exactly as pictured. Daniel did all the hard work so when you get there you can just enjoy it. The kayaks and paddle boards on site were so fun for the family He thought of everything… forgot your toothbrush? He’s got you covered… This location was a perfect getaway not too far from home. We will definitely be booking with Daniel again. Thank you for the wonderful stay at your cabin!

Such a beautiful place for our wedding and family gathering! The grounds are immaculate and the pine trees smelled lovely. The back porch was a favorite hang-out throughout the day. The furnishings and decor was so charming!! The large, well-equipped kitchen - with large frig and freezer - was great! We cooked/grilled all meals there and didn't need (or want) to go out. There was so much for the kids (and grownups) to stay entertained inside and outside! We are from Florida and reserved ARL site-unseen. We were so happy with our choice - we wished we could have stayed longer! We went to many cool places within a 2 hour drive which is also why the location of ARL worked very well. Thank you Merilee and Marty for an unforgettable vacation!! (My daughter said she wants to get married at ARL too one day lol)

Amazing stay in Helper! Couldn't have asked for a better location- directly on Main St and only a couple minutes walk from numerous shops, restaurants, a café, and Helper Beer. Keith and Kate were absolutely amazing hosts and it was such a pleasure to meet them. Couldn't recommend this place any higher.

An open kitchen area is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave. A dining table with stools is positioned next to a cozy sofa. The space is well-lit by overhead ceiling lights and offers neutral-colored walls and wood-like flooring.
