Casa Alvino (sleeps 5+2) is surrounded by a large and shaded garden within a very exclusive centuries-old pine forest. The beach is private and is about 300m from the house. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of which is smaller without a bidet, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. On the beach there is a wooden sun canopy with two sun loungers and two deckchairs and a small shed to change and leave something.

Finely renovated in 2019 and equipped with soundproofed windows and air conditioning. It is located on the second floor without an elevator.
