Vacation rentals with beach access in Castiglione della Pescaia

We had a wonderful week in the charming apartment, which is just a stone's throw from the small, pretty beach of Seccheto. We will be happy to come back!

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Great location. Short walk from shops and the sea. Only stayed 1 night but would loved to have stayed for longer if we could.

We had a very nice stay! Communication with the owner was excellent: Very friendly, helpful and straightforward. The apartment is very spacious and very lovingly furnished and designed, just as shown in the photos. The cleanliness of the apartment was good overall. In the area there is everything you need for a wonderful vacation: You only have to cross one road to get to the beach, there are many good restaurants, shops and a very nice jetty for strolling nearby. There is also a lot of interesting things to see in the surrounding area if you value a quiet and relaxed ambience. Due to the location within a complex of higher residential buildings, the apartment is a bit dark and noisy due to the railway tracks right next to it - because of the sound amplification. We were still very satisfied with the place and can definitely recommend it.

The place is functional and very clean, the location is really wonderful.

We stayed a week, my partner, a 6-year-old girl and our 2 dogs...what can we say...we had a great time in all respects. Rossella, Francesco and the 2 children were very hospitable, friendly and never intrusive. Our place was clean and equipped with all possible amenities, including a spacious room, a kitchen complete with everything, even with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Sheets, towels, and even vacuum cleaners, clothesline, etc. Outside we had an area for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella. The view of the sea is fantastic and just go down stairs to get to the private beach of the villa where there is a terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs shared with other guests. If we return to the area, we will definitely always look for accommodation in Villa the hermite! Thank you so much 💖

Beautiful little villa with perfect outdoor and garden area to lie in the sun. Fantastic view even from the dining table inside to the beach of Morcone👌 It was very clean and the communication with Mariana was perfect.. she also called us directly at the restaurants because of table reservation and whether we were there in April before the season. Weather was not so rosy but since we like to read, we just heated it up and made us comfortable. Thanks for everything Mariana🙏

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Absolutely stunning seaview!

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. We had a great time in Paolo's house. The location is absolutely fantastic and Paolo is very friendly and was super quick to respond to messages. Especially the sunset is spectacular from the property.

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Everything necessary is available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house. Thanks Roberta for the nice 14 days at your apartment

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Blown away, we will be back many times

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
