It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. From the external stairs you can reach the solarium, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deckchair. Below the house, with access from the external stairs, is my laundry area that I will use with the utmost respect for my guests. The outdoor courtyard is shared and, during high season, will house 2 of our cars.

Maria was super nice. Her place is perfect for a solo traveller. It looked like the pictures, very Italian feel to the place. Beach is just a 15min walk or 4min drive away. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Castiglione again.

Carla was extremely helpful and also present at check-in. This allowed us to get to know her and her friendly manner. The apartment is very pleasantly furnished and has a beautiful outdoor area with a great view of the sea. The kitchen is small but well set up. You can walk to the center in 10 minutes. We will be happy to come back.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

The apartment convinces with its view of the sea, from the large kitchen window. The terrace with sea view is also very attractive. On the terrace, we lacked loungers to relax. The apartment is located in a quiet environment and close to the old town. The kitchen is well equipped. The toilet has little space to the shower, which is a bit tight for tall people. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning and enjoyed the time.

Owner: Super available in a few minutes or even seconds. Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value
