Monthly Rentals in Castelpoggio

My wife and I had a very good time in Ca' de' Lina. Very responsive and helpful host. Very cozy, clean and equipped apartment: efficient and easy to adjust heating, large fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, drying rack inside the apartment and drying rack outside, relaxing sofa, large closets in the room and drawers in the bathroom, spacious shower, large terrace for exclusive use with table and chairs. Everything is new and cared for in detail. The bed is slatted with a memory mattress of rigid consistency, two pillows per person (one soft and one harder). Secluded location, you need to have your own car that can be parked on the street (free, there were not many cars so we did not have any parking problems). Since we stayed in low season, we greatly appreciated and found the discount of about 25% on the price to be correct.

Beautiful, small apartment in a small alley, in the middle of medieval Tendola. A very quiet environment with beautiful scenery and nice neighbors. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing. But you should be mobile, as the next major town is about 25 minutes by car. The furnishings are rather simple, but it actually has everything you need It was a very nice stay that can definitely be recommended.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends.
