Comfortable and spacious apartment! Clean and fragrant bed linens, super tidy bathroom, kitchen and living room! Comfortable bedroom, good bed, spacious wardrobe! Great stay! Hosts were always quick and kind! We loved it! But during the day the apartment is hot, bring more fans if you have this option!

The listing describes the apartment exactly, tasteful, beautiful view, very well located, organized building, all kinds of shops nearby, after arrival I only saw the car when I left because I did everything with a short and pleasant walk. I will certainly return.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay; from the doorman staff - all very attentive and efficient - to the arrival at the apartment, where we were very impressed by the order and general cleanliness, as well as the organization of the furniture and utensils. The location is excellent; having gone in our own vehicle, it was always safe due to the available parking space in the garage and we were able to easily travel from there to the beaches near Guarapari that attract us - Bacutia, Setiba, Morro and Meaipe. For nearby tours, being in the central area, there are several attractions besides going to the kiosks of Castanheiras beach in the late afternoon - a ten out of ten in convenience. We used the swimming pool on the roof of the condominium, which was always extremely clean and provided us, in addition to the alternative to swimming in the sea, a beautiful view of the sea. We liked it so much that we will certainly be back. We suggest providing another comfortable chair for the TV room.

Apartment with great location. Good restaurants nearby. Very good for those with mobility issues due to the proximity to downtown Guarapari. Photos match the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building, and it is possible to watch it even from the balcony. The beaches of Castanheira, Namorados, Virtudes and Areia Preta are very close, within a 1-km radius. It was very worth it. I recommend it!!! We'll be back soon. Luciano was an excellent Host.
