Great stay! It is in front of the black sand beach, near a supermarket, there is a bakery under the building with delicious lunch and coffee, there is a 24-hour concierge, everything is great. Igor was very helpful, he responded quickly when I had to get in touch. The place is good, has basic kitchen utensils, clothesline, everything is clean and comfortable.

We were very happy in our stay. A wonderful apartment without any defects. And we also received a gift from Maine, a delicious wine that was waiting for us. The apartment goes far beyond the photos. We only have compliments to do.

Flawless hosting! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, superbly decorated, with new and very tasteful furniture in each room. The view is simply amazing, you can enjoy it both from the inside and from the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: a delicious Jacuzzi, a super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a beer maker in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, absolutely nothing was missing, and the laundry was super helpful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air-conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

Great house, extremely clean, fragrant linens, super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean kitchen utensils, everything impeccable! Wonderful barbecue area, great pool. The place is gorgeous! The host is super polite, responds quickly… The place is more secluded, but there is a market nearby! Great for relaxing with friends and family. Anyway… perfect!

The couple is very friendly and welcoming, they welcomed us with a shrimp moqueca, which I thought was very good, because I arrived later and was already worried about going out to eat. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has a hydro, sauna and swimming pool, as well as games. The fishmonger delivers at home and the supermarket is close by, too. It was a good experience, as I had what I contracted, in addition to efficient and caring communication.

Daniel was helpful when we had to fix some things in the property and the photos accurately described the reality. The house is very comfortable and has several leisure options.

We had a wonderful experience at this Guarapari stay during the Easter holiday! From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with great affection — the host surprised us with a super special treat: an Easter egg that made our day even sweeter and more welcoming. The house is simply charming, tastefully decorated in a rustic style that won us over right away. Everything was impeccable, organized and prepared to make us feel at home. My friends and I were extremely satisfied with every detail of the stay and, without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought! We miss it already and we will definitely be back.
