Excellent accommodation, perfectly met my expectations and those of my guests. Extremely safe and organized condominium, made me fall even more in love with Guarapari, worth the cost benefit!

The location is perfect for getting in and out by car, going to the beach and walking on the sidewalk that borders the waterfront. The apartment is very nice, has a spacious balcony, it is well equipped with household items and with basic supplies (oil, salt, sugar), including an earthen filter, which made me save a lot of money with water. I had difficulty understanding how the concierge works, I suffered a little bit to get in and out at the beginning, but after I learned, my entrances and exits were perfect. The only complaints are due to the cleaning, because the cleaning was still being completed when I arrived, and the absence of liquid hand soap and soap for the bath. Luckily, I had brought soap to the bath. It's a great value for money.

The apartment is beautiful, one of the best spaces I've ever rented. Fully equipped apartment. A sensational balcony. I don't think I'll stay in another apartment in Guarapari other than this one. Excellent location. WONDERFUL. I would come back again and again.

Excellent location and parking spaces easy to access. Host and building staff are very helpful. I found a secure building, with doorman attentive in 24 hours. All neat and clean and smelly! Good quality linen. The entire kitchen and appliances are working well. I was very satisfied, nothing to complain about!

Danielle was an excellent host, her apartment is wonderful, very cozy and complete, the location is perfect for accessing the best beaches of Guarapari, (Bacutia and Peracanga), we will certainly return other times.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The privileged location, steps from the beach, was an incredible advantage. We loved the amenities of the penthouse, the private pool was a luxury, and the outdoor leisure areas contributed to unforgettable moments. The service was exceptional, from booking to check-out, Maria was extremely attentive and helpful in every detail, our reception we had such a thoughtful surprise that it won our hearts at first. I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!
