Vacation rentals with a patio in Caspar

We have stay at the resort before. It is very close to our daughter's home. We love the convience and service. Jesse was a most helpful host and made everything work smoothly. We will probably stay again sometime and if you can get Jesse for host do so, you won't regret it. Tony

Had a great stay in Covelo! The place was clean, cozy, and super comfortable. Celina the host was incredibly friendly, and the sweet, friendly dogs made it feel like home. Would definitely stay again!

Madrid’s place was just what we needed after a long flight. It was centrally located and easy to find with clear instructions. It was very clean and tidy with plenty of room. The bed was extremely comfortable and two jet lagged travellers had a great night’s sleep. We prepared our own evening meal and the skillet was great for cooking steak! Madrid communicated very well and very promptly which was most helpful for two weary travellers. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed a night at Joelle’s rental and it was great all around! Perfectly located out of the fog but still just 10 minutes to the town of elk. The space was quiet and cozy and the view of the garden is beautiful! Joelle was a great host- helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely base for exploring Mendocino. Very comfortable and quiet with modern bathroom. Easy walk to Caspar beach and short drives to Mendocino, Fort Bragg and several state parks. Kerry very communicative. Main limitation is the lack of a kitchen sink but we made it work!

Loved my stay at the Starry Night! The unit is spacious and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen is amazing and so well stocked. I was able to make my meals there with no problem. The a/c in the living room and bedroom are wonderful and keep the place nice and cool. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is to die for! I saved the best for last….the bedroom! The bed is HEAVENLY! I literally lounged in bed all day Saturday which is just what I needed after a long and hectic work week. I love that there is a tv in the bedroom as well. I appreciated the laundry room being available which was much needed! Saprina is a wonderful host! So kind, considerate, and responsive. I did not have to contact her during my stay because I had absolutely no problems, but I know if I needed to, she would have been readily available. Thank you Saprina! Your place is wonderful!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

Kerry’s place was absolutely wonderful! The outdoor garden is stunning, and we often spotted deer just outside. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short drive to Mendocino, which was incredibly convenient for us. There’s also a beautiful beach nearby, and the views of the Caspar Headlands are truly breathtaking. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place nestled in the woods, right next to a stream. lots of food and condiments in the kitchen, the fridge is stocked with food left by previous guests. Clean beds and bathrooms!

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This stay was truly memorable. The views were unreal — panoramic ocean vistas and the most breathtaking sunsets right from the property. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a place with unmatched views and a fantastic host, this is it. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

Bay Dream was absolutely amazing! The views are incredible, and the house is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you could ever need for a wonderful stay. I appreciated all of the labels with directions for everything in the house, as well as the local food recommendations. We were also able to walk to Point Cabrillo lighthouse, which was amazing. We could not have asked for a better location for our family trip. Thanks!

Megan’s place is a beautiful cottage surrounded by a vineyard with so much attention to details. There is a large bocce ball court with fruit trees around it, a good hot tub, and a genuinely warm space. Our family of 5 felt really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless — everything was impeccably clean and well cared for, which made it feel incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The decor was tasteful and charming, striking a perfect balance between modern comfort and cozy elegance. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the stunning ocean view. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves was simply magical — it really added a serene and peaceful touch to the entire experience. Heather also went above and beyond with thoughtful details that made the stay even more special. A bottle of local wine, a luxurious bath bomb, and other small touches made me feel pampered and appreciated. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel at home here. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautifully curated getaway!

Thank you for providing such a nice, clean and tidy place to families. I was nervous going there with my family, including toddler, but as soon as we opened the door I felt very relieved. Home was very clean, had everything that was in description and much more. Surrounded with beautiful trees, we had enjoyed every second in there. Will definitely return there sometime soon.

Jo and her son were fabulous hosts! The home and grounds were stunning and we really enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this hideaway!

Loved the space for me and my family

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.

We stayed there just for a night, place looks great with good lake views and the pool is well maintained.
