High ceilings and skylights make this space feel spacious, offering natural light, and views of the majestic trees. The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

It features an exceptional kitchen, 4-6 person hot tub, and sweeping views of the farm's orchard; pasture, and pond. Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

This home has 2 fenced patios- one is ocean view, and the back deck has private jacuzzi . Comfortable beds , cozy robes. Wi-Fi, Keurig, Charcoal grill , French press coffee. Additional $25 flat fee Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, champagne, roses, and gift baskets. It's attached to a guest home by 5 feet.
