By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

Cozy studio apartment within walking distance of Piazza Maggiore, located on a street with not much traffic, delicious restaurants nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine, fiber WiFi, Smart TV, fan, a portable air conditioner connected to the window, and independent heating with thermostat.
