Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. We spent 6 days at Gianni's apartment. The apartment matches the listing, if not better. A 16 m2 terrace overlooking a park. No street-facing rooms, it's quiet and enjoyable. Very well equipped, nothing missing. The welcome from Gianni and his wife, everything you need for a 1st breakfast: coffee, milk, juice, toast, jam, mineral water, Gianni responsive and proactive, we rarely had such a welcome. We came by car, private parking space 12. This allowed us to visit the surroundings of Bologna, Modena, Ferrara, Vignola etc... For Bologna city center, we went there several times: Bus stop Treves station 3 minutes from the apartment. Lines 20, 21 or 89: maximum 5 minutes wait. For shopping, Carrefour Supermarket at the bus stop, where you can find everything you need. I would recommend this apartment and if I come back to Bologna it will be in this apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of the station. Equipped with all comforts. Super cozy and well-kept environment. Impeccable cleanliness. All rooms are air-conditioned. There were four of us and we felt pampered. Super comfortable beds. Welcoming and kind. I would recommend it without I have doubts and I will definitely take it back if I need it.

I stayed for one night in this apartment; it was a pleasant discovery. The accommodation is easily reachable by car (but also by bus), away from the chaos of the center. The house was presented to us very clean and tidy. It will surely become our point of reference in Bologna.
