One bedroom apartment with terrace, possibility of sofa bed, living room-kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Surrounded by garden with picnic tables, barbecue and children's area. Wifi and free parking, heating, kitchenware, sheets and towels. The kitchen consists of: washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster.. The bathroom has: dryer, towels. House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.
