Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

Warner Park, the Amusement Park, and Puy du Fou Park are just a stone's throw away. Comfortable house in a residential area 1 km from the center of Carranque and 5 km from the Carranque Archaeological Park, which houses the remains of a Roman villa from the 4th century. IV on the banks of the Guadarrama River. We are a 45-minute drive to downtown Madrid and 30 minutes from the city of Toledo on the AP 41. It is close to Ciudad Universitaria, different universities such as UCM, UPM (INEF), and Clínica Moncloa hospital, HU San Carlos and Fundación Jimenez Díaz, etc. There is a direct train ride to the airport. Room located on a quiet street. It's on the 4th floor WITH an elevator.
