A recent 30 m2 house with a fenced terrace (10 m2) ideally located to discover the Nantes region. Its proximity to the main roads (highway, ring road, Paris road) and public transport will allow you to access the main tourist sites: from the Nantes vineyard to the charm of Carquefou (Port Jean, La Fleuriaye...), the city of Nantes and its castle, not to mention the major exhibitions (the machines of the Island, the Zenith of Nantes) or the sea within an hour!

You will love the elegant decor of this charming townhouse with its large bay window overlooking a 15 m2 vegetated terrace. The Chantenay district, a former working-class stronghold, due to the shipyards and large factories on the banks of the Loire, now looks like a village in the city! . Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available for your use. Following guest recommendations, we added a table, microwave and small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking. Possibility to park your vehicle as well as your bikes. The accommodation is located around the banks of the Loire.

In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Very nice and spacious mezzanine studio on garden

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.
