We had an excellent experience! Kia is a great host - super responsive and very helpful with both housing questions and activity recommendations. The apartment is nestled on a quiet street, so you have a lot of privacy. The walls are a bit thin, but the neighbors are very nice - just wear earplugs and you’ll sleep just fine. Super walkable to a ton of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Overall wonderful time and great value!

Erick was a great host! The apartment was amazing! Very clean and peaceful with beautiful ocean views. Definitely staying again when on Rio Grande area!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

Yarisma & Héctor were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. The space is very nice and well situated next to the beach, as well as many restaurants and other things you might need (groceries, convenience store, cafes) in Carolina. Easy to reach from airport and also close to downtown San Juan/Old San Juan. There are lots of materials in the place in terms of toiletries and things for the kitchen that made the stay super convenient. The apartment felt very secure and is well-represented by the photos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

the room was small, but clean and the air conditioner worked great, which was nice. the street was a bit noisy, but not so noisy we couldn't sleep. bathroom was huge and had everything we needed. the lock was confusing to relock at first but we figured it out. mattress was comfortable.

Gabriel’s place was spotless and exactly as listed! I felt at home immediately and he and his wife were super accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. I loved how the kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was so comfortable i never wanted to get out of it in the morning 😂 The accessibility to the ferry from the short walk to Bay Area was great and allows anyone visiting quick access to Old San Juan and the Catano Bay is a great local vibe with a bit of something for everyone. Overall a great stay! Thank you so much!

This was one of the most beautiful houses I ever been in while traveling that I’ve found on AirBnb and for the price of it was too good not to book. If I were to go back to PR I would 10/10 book this house again! Amazing house, amazing stay, amazing trip! Thank you, Horacio!!!

Thank you for allowing us to check in early. This is a great place with everything you need and some . The washer and dryer were a great addition to this house. Thanks for the quick response. Would stay here again for sure . Kids loved the clean pool .

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

What can I say! Everything about this house was amazing!!! We had a bad experience with another house and decided to cancel and relocate houses. Alex responded quickly to the request and even allowed an early check-in!! The house is beautiful and has a great set up!! When vacationing with small kids clothes accumulates fast and thankfully there was a washer and dryer! Location to the beach and kioskos was super close, as well as to El Yunque!! Great house, great host!! 10 out of 10 for sure

Great place to stay. Enough rooms for a family of 6, spacious and the area was really quiet. Has parking space inside the property which is a plus.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer! It was just so beautiful and hard to say goodbye to the view. Dalys did an amazing job at communicating with us immediately when we had questions. Walking into the space everything was spotless and it was like walking into your own home. I didn’t realize in the pictures it was a double shower head which was perfect for us not having to wait on each other to shower to get ready so we could head out faster. The outdoor space was our favorite part. We spent our last day in the pool relaxing, soaking up the sun and view. It was the perfect getaway for us and to celebrate our 10 year anniversary!! Would definitely come back to stay here or at any of the other properties that Dalys has, since they were such an amazing host!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this house! Connie is a wonderful host. From booking day she has been available for questions and gave us so many awesome local places to check out during our stay. She was easily available during our stay for any questions. The location of the home is perfect! The views of the rainforest and ocean are breathtaking. The yard and pool are beautifully maintained and we spent much of our time there enjoying the views nature around us. Very close to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, to El Yunque National Forest, snorkel tours, bio bay The home has everything you need from cooking meals and playing games at home to spending a day at the beach. Lots of common areas to hang out as well as quiet areas to retreat to. It was very comfortable! 100% recommend this home if you are traveling to Puerto Rico. We can't wait to go back!

Villa Mallorca was SO lovely. Cristel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The St. Regis Bahia Beach was an awesome resort and staying at the Villa Mallorca was the perfect way to do it: peaceful and private still with access to all the amenities the resort had to offer. We loved it!

Damary's place is wonderful she is incredibly accommodating and very communicative. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway I highly recommend booking this bnb. I especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, bedroom and kitchen. The beach was easily accessible and very private which was a plus. The town is walking distance there's food trucks that I must add everything is delicious. Renting a car is a must if you wish to visit other places, Uber's are not easily allocated. I can't wait to book another stay here in the future!

The place was a beautiful stay and the host was responsive to our needs. The place was clean and beautiful inside and out. We could walk to the beach, but it was a surfing area, not a swimming beach. They had more amendments than the normal stay including all the kitchen items to cook your meals. The only issue was being close to a restaurant which caused some noise at night. I would stay there again.

It’s our second time staying at Bri’s place. Once again our family enjoyed the gulf cart rides to the beach and amazing views. Just like last year, the villa was very clean and Communication with Bri is very easy as he responds quickly. Looking forward to return next year 😄

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying here! Bri’s place is beautiful, perfectly appointed for our needs, and eating breakfast on a patio looking out on the rain forest cannot be beat. Rio Mar is well located for easily checking out San Juan, hiking the rain forest, accessing supermarkets and great restaurants, and the all time highlight of being close to so many spectacular beaches. On top of all of this, the Rio Mar resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and using a golf cart to access this massive resort. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
