The host communicated effectively. They even checked on us throughout our stay. The house looked just like the pictures. Plenty of space, bedrooms were nice, all with their own bathroom. Pool was nice. Great location from the beach and outlets. Highly recommended.

Davids place was perfect for a long weekend away with friends. It was clean, the perfect location and David was a very responsive host! We would definitely look to book again!

Our booking with Alisa went completely flawlessly! The house was spotless, the beds were comfy, pool was clean, and the kitchen had everything you needed! Don't let any previous reviews about the neighborhood stop you from booking, the neighbors were pleasant and quiet, you are feet from beach access and easy access to the boardwalk! Great location in terms of entertainment and very close to Broadway at the Beach!

Kimberly place was exactly like the pictures. Home was very clean, and she was very responsive to all my questions and answered in very timely manner. Definitely worth booking if I’m ever in area again and Kimberly’s place is available I will defiantly book her proper again!

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

Well decorated home and had all of the things needed - from salt, creamer, etc to comfy places to lounge and short walk to beach. Such a great getaway!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Helen is wonderful, everything explained clearly in the description…we didn’t have to contact Helen for anything. We had a great time, condo was amazing, anything we needed was there, the CLEANLINESS was PERFECT!! The pictures we seen is what we walked into…not exaggerating. We enjoyed the beach, it’s basically right there as stated…I love that we didn’t have to purchase any chairs, surf boards, etc…available on the property to use (money saved🙂)! Attractions and restaurants all in walking distance…we enjoyed mini golf, Family Kingdom, 501 at Nene’s and Sugar Life. No complaints…host wonderful and property AMAZING!!

My wife, sister in law and I absolutely love staying at the house. Lonnie done an excellent job with this house. Looking forward to do this with him in the future.

Everything was exactly as described. The pictures looked just like the actual house. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive and friendly. The only downfall is the parking situation. Sometimes the people across the street park on the street which made it really hard to get out of the garage, which was a tight fit for our van anyway. It was close to the baseball tournament we were playing in. It was also centrally located so that when I needed to get somewhere else, it wasn’t too far of a drive. 10 minutes to the beach. There were beach chairs there, which made it super nice. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, and I would probably have paid a little bit more to get closer to the beach. I would definitely stay with this host again as he was extremely nice and flexible. I had no issues during my stay at all.

Second time staying. Place was spotless again. Quiet and inconvenient. Close to airport. Walkable to lots of places. Bike ride to anything you'd need. Hosts are super friendly and allowed us to extended our stay when our schedule was delayed. Can't be happier with this Airbnb and owners/management team. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay with Will and Claire was perfect! As a larger family group we were comfortable in the space. Check in and out instructions were simple and accessible. Will was very responsive, kind and communicative. The home was very clean🧼 and tidy. Location is prime! We are short drive to all of the attractions we wanted to check out. We ate brunch at Forest Hills, it was beach facing with a wonderful ocean breeze. There is a Food Lion nearby and a water park a few minutes away. My family is definitely considering returning and booking with Claire and Will.

Stayed for 4 nights. Beautiful home, all the rooms were so nice. Very comfy beds, responsive hosts, and very accommodating. Will definitely be booking again with them in the future!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The house was just what we expected. We were all very comfortable here. The location was great and very close to all the attractions that we were interested in. Natalia is a great host and very quick to respond. We would all stay here again.

4 adults and 3 young children stayed in the house for 4 nights. We had a great time. Short walk to the beach and Boardwalk. House is in like new condition, was well stocked with everything we needed and the kids loved the arcade games and bunk beds.

The place was perfect. The neighbors were very friendly. Definitely will be returning. Thank you Kirk and Valerie for sharing your beautiful home with me and my friends. Had a blast.

Came down for a golf trip with 10 of us staying at the house and it was perfect. Pool was a nice touch and it was like a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive down to marshwalk for dinner. Great location and Terra was a great responsive host.
