We just returned from the most magical week at this rural Welsh holiday cottage, and we honestly can’t recommend it highly enough—especially if you’re bringing your four-legged friend! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the peace, charm, and warmth of the place. Nestled in rolling green hills with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, the cottage feels like a secret hideaway far from the noise of everyday life. Inside, the cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated—cosy, rustic, but with every modern comfort thoughtfully provided. The log-burning stove was a particular favourite after breezy walks, and the homemade fruit cake and Welsh butter on arrival was such a thoughtful touch. Our dog had the time of her life exploring the secure garden and nearby footpaths leading to stunning coastal walks. She was more than happy snoozing in the open doorway or making friends with the animals rescue residents, especially Rosie and Elvis. Five stars all around.

Beautiful, peaceful location for walks and nature. The lovely Bwthyn so comfortable and cosy. We loved the interior with all the attention to detail, lovely luxury linen. Fran and Teilo were friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the provisions on arrival. Definitely recommend the local producers food hub. We really hope to return in the future.

Val, and her wonderful Airbnb, were delightful. Communication was fantastic, the Airbnb looked even better in person than in the photos, the location was perfect for coastal walks and popping into St David’s for food etc, and being able to watch Adam’s Kiln opening was a real unexpected added bonus. Would come again!
