Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Carmichael

Thank you very much to Slav as the Airbnb was just as listed, easy to check in. No problems at all with this Airbnb as I will come for my next getaway. Very easy to maneuver around the area as the event was nearby, and not to mention bomb ass street tacos down the road for the taco lovers. Definitely recommend staying here. Will hopefully come back here soon. Me and my wife loved the place from top to bottom. Felt like a dream staying here. I would stay here again definitely. Host was very responsive and the place felt like a dream i did not want to wake up from. 5 star all the way!

Taryn's place was perfect for our one night stay in Sacramento. Place was as described and very clean! It was an older house but had some updates! Everything was spotless and perfect for what we needed. The hot tub/backyard was a nice addition to the home. Location was very convenient and I loved the neighborhood. Beds/furniture was very comfy! Would absolutely stay again.

It was close to UC Davis children hospital. And the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We had a lovely stay! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our group. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy. We especially loved the backyard with the string lights — such a great space to relax in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Cassandra was an incredible host. We stayed with family and young kids during a difficult time, and having such a warm, peaceful, and magical home made all the difference. Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, perfect for the long weekend with family. The kids loved the pool and trampoline. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, even thanksgiving dinner. Nice neighborhood, great park within walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, restaraunts, movie theater and other family entertainment nearby. The location felt peaceful but also near many conveniences.
