The stay was perfect for a work trip with a colleague. Seamless experience. Could walk to a few good restaurants. Host was awesome.

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

Good location in walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Functional space which served our purpose.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Really happy with my stay in the F Apartments. Every single detail there has been thought to cover any need you might have, and you can see from the first minute that the hosts have taken care of you even before the arrival; the decoration, the cleaning, the comfort ... Everything has been perfect. And when it has not ( been there for 3 weeks), Luis and Rob have been super quick and have had an exquisite attention. I was super confident on them and both Robert and Luis have shown to be extremely kind hosts.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

This stay was great. The house is amazing. The hosts are amazing with communication. Check in was great, booking was great. Definitely added to our favorite list for Airbnb, we will definitely stay here again if ever back in Sacramento. Close to downtown but far enough away as well. Everything was great about this stay!

Love how minimalist and modern it is, especially with the natural lighting. The kitchen has these push-in drawers which helped me flow when in Chef mode lol. The location is great being beside the freeway as well. I walked my dog during the day to some small grass patches, and there’s a park down the road. Yuriy was a great host as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us.

This was a wonderful location. We walked to several restaurants, shops and sat by the fire. We would absolutely recommend Dawn & Dans place. We hope to return soon to the area and hope to stay here again. The 2bedroom 1bath is much larger than expected. The shower, beds and kitchen are well stocked and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to call home for the 3 nights we stayed in Auburn. Thank you.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

lovely place to stay, has more than everyone expected! not just that, across the street you have Safeway, McDonald's and many other businesses.

Roomy, cool in summer. coffee, electric kettle, fridge, etc so useful on a quick trip. only issue was porch was off when checking in at night. but e was working next day.

I have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it as much as I did this time around. Aside from a few issues that were quickly resolved, our stay was very enjoyable. The furniture is starting to show wear and tear but overall comfortable. Will definitely book again when in the area!

It was a great location for our trip.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

I rented this apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment matches the description, it is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops nearby. The landlord, Yuri, was polite and always responded quickly to requests. I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing experience at this place! It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and easy to access thanks to the helpful instructions provided. The hosts were also very accommodating—they honored a request I made before booking, which I really appreciated. Parking is a bit of a toss-up, as it’s mostly street parking, but I didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to others and will definitely be rebooking if it’s available again. A truly great stay !

Great stay. Clean house .

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

This was a last minute booking. We really just needed a place to crash. This was a simple apartment that was great for exactly that. Bed was comfy.
