Great place for an extended stay! I rented the cottage for about 2.5 months and felt very at home during my stay. Colder months in Monterey mean dressing warm, but the provided space heater kept the cottage comfortable. A small kitchenette was limited, but a provided air fryer and microwave made things more manageable. An overall peaceful, clean and great stay!

We almost hate to go public for fear that we will never get the chance to stay at Pacific Perch again! It's a beautiful and intimate and very well-cared for home in one of the most stunning parts of California. The house was perfect, the kitchen and living/dining room was excellent, the views from the kitchen, deck and master bath are fantastic. So much to do and see all along the coast from as far south as you can currently get to in Rte. 1 in Big Sur all the way through Monterey. We loved the croaking frogs in the morning!

This studio was exactly as expected. The location could not have been better for getting around. The music studio next door was a plus, I was serenaded by piano nearly every day. The night spot across the street was welcoming as well.
