We are so happy we stayed at Paola’s place! What a gem and great start to our Italy trip. The home was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. The home was spacious and light-filled, but there were optional blackout shades in the bedroom for sleeping in. The home was beautifully updated and the bed was very comfortable. The tram is nearby so it is easy to get around. The area is very walkable and we discovered lovely little clothing shops, bakeries and restaurants just a short walk away. We definitely recommend strolling to brunch at a nearby bistro, Quell'altre Bistrot- a beautiful little bohemian styled bistro with friendly staff and delicious brunch. Overall we loved our stay at this home. Our host, Paola, was absolutely delightful—so friendly, warm, and responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Paola, for being such a welcoming host and for making our stay so special!

Very clean apartment and equipped with everything you need, even for a long stay. Convenient to the tram to the center, in 10 minutes to Santa Maria Novella. Fantastic and helpful host: he helped us in a difficult time, solving an annoying situation in no time. Really thank you!

conveniently located between the city centre and the university. well connected by train, tram and bus. sometimes the traffic noise from outside was a bit loud - car horns mainly. filippo was a helpful and accodating host.

We had a lovely stay here and it was so close to the train station which made it easy to go back and forth to Florence centre. It was really clean and the hosts were really great with responding if I had any queries. Would 100% stay again if I came back to Florence :)
