I loved the stay in apartment 8, the photos seem to fall short of expressing how beautiful it is, the design, the elegance, everything is spectacular, it makes you feel better than at home, when you arrive everything smells very good and the cleanliness is exceptional, Niccolo was super kind, he explained everything to us in detail and even recommended places to eat and was very flexible with the time for check-out. Around the corner, there is a supermarket where you can buy everything. Also, on the corner, you have bus 20 that takes you to the terminal and you can take another from there, or you can walk to the train station and go to the center. The idea of being in Florence is to walk and get to know its beautiful streets, so it's worth doing. I'll be back in Florence someday and I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks to Niccolo and Ranieri for making the stay exceptional.

The experience at Francesca's place was the best possible!! Clean, organized, comfortable and with welcome gifts that made us feel at home!! The location is great and safe, close to everything for a good stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The apartment is very well-equipped (air conditioning, fresh water bottles, small snacks on arrival, children's games, equipped kitchen...). The apartment is well located, it is close to the tram (access to the city center is easy) and a few restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

A beautiful apartment that feels like home, lived in and super cozy! I found Linda to welcome me for check-in at the agreed time and I immediately felt comfortable. The area is not very central so it does not suffer from the tourist crowd, but the proximity to the tram allows you to move easily. I was in the city for the Florence Rocks, the apartment and the location of the festival are on the same line so it's very convenient! I'm already thinking about coming back next year...

There was a little noise from the friendly and prompt guidance train passing by. There was no hair dryer, but they bought it quickly. Also, I had a good time with the welcome wine.

A magical spot! Fiorenza and her husband are a lovely couple who made me feel right at home. After a hectic day in Florence running from one museum to another, this cottage and Fiesole itself were a wonderful refuge.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need including a balcony overlooking trees and the hills in the distance. Super easy to get into the city centre by train or bus. The balcony was lovely for breakfast and a drink watching the sunset. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We did a last minute booking so everything near the Duomo was either sold out or too expensive so we looked for alternatives and are we glad!!! The apartment was brand new and very beautifully done up. This is my second Airbnb and it was amazing. Way neater, cleaner and beautiful than a hotel also. The location was exactly 13 minutes away from Santa Maria Novella - including Walk to the tram station. The tram takes hardly 5 minutes to reach Santa Maria and is just 1.5 euro per ride per person. The apartment is so nice that the distance to Duomo is worth it. Claudio himself checked us in and was very friendly and responsive.

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Perfect location right next to the Duomo and piazzas. Home was large enough for our family of 5 & had some snacks + coffee for us. Pamela was also great and was waiting for us as soon as we showed up

Loved my stay here! The apartment is very cute and very clean, hosts were responsive and helpful, and it was very easy to get to the city centre from the apartment by foot!

Loved the pool and garden! Host was very respinsive. If hot outside, make sure to learn public transportation or use taxi. If nice out, it would be a beautiful walk into the city for meals/activities.

A great place to stay if sightseeing in Florence. Just a short walk to the tram that takes you straight into the city. The property was clean and comfortable.

I absolutely loved staying here! The Airbnb looks just like the photos, beautiful. Great location, very walkable. Near landmarks, restaurants, shops but not in the loud city area. The main door and apartment door both open by touchpad/codes so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys. There is a washer, drying rack and iron which was extremely helpful as I was halfway through my Italy trip and needed to wash. I would definitely stay here again!

Aurora’s apartment was very clean and just what we needed to get away from the busy Florence centre. It was about a 25-30 minute walk or 15-20 minute tram ride into the centre, but it was easy enough to get to and the location meant it was very quiet in the evenings as it’s a residential neighbourhood. There is a supermarket right across the road which also came in very handy if we had forgotten anything. Aurora was very responsive to messages and the flat is well presented, with everything you need.

Very good stay, and very responsive hosts + co-hosts. The place is pretty spacious and good for 2 individuals, equipped with modern amenities. The bus stop is right in front and all major attractions are walkable. Would definitely recommend to choose.

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

We loved our time at Luciano’s place and can’t wait to go back. His beautiful space was spotless and well located and coffee and cocktails on the terrace were spectacular! He was so warm on arrival and responsive during our visit—we were so sad to leave!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
