Monthly Rentals in Cardoness

My dog and I had a lovely relaxing time at the cottage. It was perfect for the 2 of us. It was quite remote ( but I like that ) in my opinion so you would need a car. The High ceilings make the cottage seem bigger and the paintings done by a local artist are lovely on the walls. The cottage had everything we needed, the heating was very responsive so in no time you are cosy, I didn't use the log burner but it was great and Betsey left lots of logs. The bath was lovely with lashings of hot water. Loved it, thank you Betsey and lovely to meet you and your beautiful dog.

Beautiful place, extremelywell kept and very peaceful. A little difficult to find at first within the woods but well worth it once there. Signs are small and silver so keep your eyes peeled for them. Great find for us as we have friends living nearby and will definitely be booking again. Everything you might need for a few days break. Bed was comfortable but pillows a little hard for us but that is personal preference...everything spotless and deco beautiful. Thank you we had a great stay.

What a real gem of a find. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. We didn’t need for anything, a nice comfy bed, lovely clean shower room and the living room and kitchen area had everything we needed. A real bonus was the beautiful courtyard area to sit in and the peaceful location. Local walks a plenty and restaurants within a short stroll was a bonus too. We may well be back next time we’re up visiting relatives nearby! Thank you Simon & Pam

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It’s perfectly situated in Gatehouse of Fleet for so many local attractions. We love walking and cycling and so it was a fantastic base for us. There’s off road parking and it’s about 1 minute away from Gatehouse’s Spar grocery shop, which sells so much. Everything has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated, so that you have all that you’ll need for your stay. We would definitely recommend this property!
