We had such a lovely stay at Dons! I decided to have a little staycation from San Diego after graduating and his cottage was such a perfect spot for that. The hot tub was an amazing touch for relaxing! The backyard is kid friendly, my 6 year old loved to “explore”. There is a nice fireplace that we didn’t get to use unfortunately. Don was very kind and had great communication. We didn’t see him the whole time, until the end of the trip when my husband was putting the cover back on the hot tub! He came out and gave him a hand. Thank you Don for offering your home to us!

Great place to stay. Beach, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Quality toilet paper. Perfect for one person, but could work for two people as well.

My husband and I stayed at Sean's place to help our daughter move to San Diego, our stay was absolutely perfect! Super clean, fun decor, nice unexpected treats for guests, sheets, towels, bed all comfy. I actually want to replicate some of the decor! Location is great and quiet. Loved having a designated parking space. For our future visits we won't have to look any further, I know this will be our place to stay. Sean's instructions for check-in is very thorough, making check-in so easy. We really appreciated the recommendations he provided with places to eat, to grab a coffee and even the local farmers market. I find so many checkout's so complicated and cumbersome, Sean's is very very reasonable. I highly recommend booking with Sean, you won't be disappointed.

Lynae’s place was wonderful, as was Lynae! Balboa park right nearby, with gorgeous trails and scenery. Walkable to North Park area which had a fun variety of bars, shops, and restaurants. Lynae was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, flexible - and the home was bright, airy, with gorgeous views. We couldn’t say enough good things about the wall of jasmine walking in. Thank you Lynae for having us in your home!

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. Nestled right by the ocean (2mi), it’s a peaceful, serene retreat with beautiful greenery and a calming atmosphere that melts all your stress away. Every corner of the space is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious, and welcoming escape by the sea, look no further. Leanne and Jim’s place is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fabulous time at the Granny Flat! Everything was pristine and Kristen has thought of every amenity. She was kind and responsive. We loved the peaceful backyard with gorgeous views. The location is super convenient and a max of 25-30 mins to anywhere else in the SD area. Our pups had a great time, too! Would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was easy to work remotely, Windansea Beach was just down the block, parking was easy and plentiful, and the back patio was a fantastic place to hang out. We will book this place again next time we are in town.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, peaceful and private. Their landscape was beautiful with all of the different flowers. Carlos was great with communication and a pleasure to interact with. He made things as simple and straightforward as possible. We would definitely stay at his lovely place again.

We loved our stay in La Jolla! Carolina cozy cottage was the perfect location and we had a relaxing long weekend enjoying short walks to the windansea beach and la jolla cove. The cottage was immaculate and styling was top notch! We could not have asked for a better stay and would love to stay here again soon :)

Jeanne and John's place was exactly as advertised in the description and photographs. The backyard and pool were beautiful unfortunately the weather and our schedule of events did not permit us time to indulge. If we ever needed a place in the area again we would definitely reserve another stay. We felt so welcomed and the extras were so thoughtful...like a balloon for my husband's birthday and a handwritten welcome letter. Thank you for the hospitality!

Area is beautiful, and the property is amazing with unique landscaping. Definitely top 3 Airbnb's I've stayed in. Both Mark and Marsha are wonderful people. Highly recommend!!

We always stay at Nancy’s and Jacob’s casita when we are in town to visit family. The casita is a lovely and quiet retreat, close to shops and within a 4 Minute walk to a great coffee shop. It is a special treat to stay there in May when the Jasmine hedge is blooming, the fragrant flowers delight us and the bees and make time on the patio extra fun. We highly recommend the casita and Nancy and Jacob as hosts.

Ewa was an amazing host with an amazing place! It’s definitely not one I would recommend for a whole family given the size, but it was small and intimate and just what we needed. Ewa as a host was fantastic and very responsive and welcoming, if we are ever able to we would genuinely love to visit her place again.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Lauren was super responsive and helpful. 10 mins from downtown and the beach so a great location, I would stay at this place again if I was in town.

We loved staying at Kim’s villa, we were comfortable and very much at home. We slept well and loved the surroundings. Thank you Kim, will definitely be back!

This was such a beautiful guest house in a nice, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood. Everything was really clean and the amenities were amazing! Communication was great and the hosts Zach and Eva were so polite and very friendly with quick response times. There’s a fun Las Vegas theme outdoor area near the pool and their garden is gorgeous. There are stairs in the house that are steep so they might be a little bit difficult for someone with a physical disability or the elderly but this is listed in the description. Overall, I highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting to stay near San Diego!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The 2-bedroom place was sparkling clean and so cozy - perfect for our family. Even though the weather wasn't great, the views were still lovely, and our little one was thrilled to spot some small animals around the property. The fresh oranges from the tree were a delicious treat, and the tiny swings inside were a big hit! The clean bathroom was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this spot for families.

This space was exactly as pictured and worked well for me to get around vista, Oceanside and San Marcos. Easy ride down to SD as well. Would book again.

What a great stay! Steve was a great host and answered any questions I had prior and during my stay within a very short time. Neighborhood was ideal with restaurants and cafes within walking distance and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Have stayed at this location in the past due to its proximity to our sons place. It has quick access to restaurants, grocery stores and shops and Costco is 7-8 minutes away. Great place to fill up the rental car and jump on I-5 and head to the airport.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay at Kylee's North Rockaway unit. The location was tough to beat being so close to the beach with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The space is relatively small, but it had everything we needed for a nice getaway to Mission Beach. We found the shared garage space was tight (we had a standard sedan) but it was sure better than trying to find public parking. The available beach gear was an added bonus. I would recommend this unit 10/10!

Nicole is really nice!!! The Apartment has everything you need - clean and modern , good quality by products and towels and so on. Parking place was directory next to the door. We also saw her cats :) We would recommend it!! The neoghbourhood is clean and you have everyrhing you need.
