Regarding the house: This is a 100 m² single-story house, ideal for PRM. It consists of 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 people (all bedding was changed in autumn 2024). Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140 x 190 with sink and separate entrance from the house overlooking the terrace. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 x 200 with large dressing room. Bedroom 3: bunk bed with 2 single beds + 1 double bed 160 x 200 Bedroom 4: 140 x 190 double bed with sink + separate shower. Open living room with super-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, filter coffee machine + Nespresso machine, blender, toaster and many other appliances), dining room and living room. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A second separate toilet and a second independent shower adjoining one of the bedrooms. Wifi, washing machine, SmartTV (not ADSL but access to YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. if you have an account). Possibility of having a baby bed, chair and portable bathtub upon request. The house is surrounded by a garden and consists of a large 70 m2 south-facing covered wooden terrace. Ideal for living outside even in bad weather! Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
