Discover this cozy 20 m² cottage, nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with a separate entrance, a terrace, and a private garden. Ideally suited for relaxation, located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, 10 minutes from L’Ange Bleu. Enjoy the heated outdoor Jacuzzi year-round (€30 for the first night, then €10 for each additional night). Cozy living area, 160 x 200 cm bed, kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, and shower room.

You will enjoy a 20 m2 independent accommodation + its mezzanine, garden, terrace and parking space. The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.
