Although it was a passing stay, my family was comfortable.

We stayed at David's excellent apartment for 4 nights just before Christmas. Very central location, walkable to most amenities and sights. Supermarket 2 minutes walk, bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The inevitable noise generated by the bar and restaurant crowds was compensated for by the terrific atmosphere that they created celebrating the Festive season. David was an excellent host, responsive to our limited queries. Access by key pads and then keys. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Murcia's Airbnb was very nice. The apartment was quite spacious, with spacious rooms that allowed us to be very comfortable during our visit. In addition, the terrace was a great plus, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The views were beautiful and we really enjoyed the moments we spent there. We would definitely recommend this place to those who visit Murcia.

We stayed in the apartment in Murcia for one week at the end of February 2025, arriving by train from Valencia. The flat is located only a few minutes walk from the train station - very convenient for day trips that we took to Cartagena and Alicante (both recommended). Oscar was super easy to reach and interact with. He met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment and Murcia in general. Oscar was very engaging and went above and beyond taking time to answer all of our questions. He also booked a taxi for us on our departure day, as we were taking a bus to Malaga. Exceptional hosting! The apartment is well laid out and outfitted. The decor is modern and ecclectic. Mattress is firm - which is what we like. No balcony, but there's a rooftop space to hang your wash. Location is great. There's a grocery store on the corner as you exit the building, and much more on offer close by in barrio El Carmen. The historic centre is an easy walk (10 minutes), just over the river. T

The apartment is just like the photos, very cozy, with everything you need and even more, Rodica is very kind, she explained the operation of everything and left me the parking covered too. I recommend it 100%

The spacious apartment comfortable clean without silent odors ideal for groups or family, the locomotion is not very good if you walk, rent a car and always find free space to park on the block. You have a supermarket around! Highway access is nearby. The WiFi 10/10 I plan to rent it again on my next trip!

In other words, Paco is a great host and his mom is super nice and kind. They brought us vegetables from their garden, oil, a super delicious omelette, typical Murcian rolls... The service was really good. The apartment is really nice, it's very large and one thing I really liked is that the kitchen has a lot of utensils. I would definitely go back.

Good afternoon, I spent 3 days in Riopar with my father and daughter and we felt right at home. Marisa and her sister treated us very well, kind, they responded quickly, they recommended things to see and go to, so everything was very good. The house is BEAUTIFUL, everything is very clean, wi-fi, useful phone numbers, suggested routes, where to recycle etc etc. It has a laundry room that, although I didn't use it, had everything it needed. They had oil, salt, spices, all the kitchenware, pots, cutlery..... All the radiators were on in case we were cold, blankets for the sofa, the aluminum carpentry of the house is very good, it soundproofed everything. High ceilings. The house even has more than what it says in the listing. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. The people in the village were very friendly too. Greetings from Alicante

If you want to visit the whole region of Murciq, this is the best location, I highly recommend this very well-equipped and well-located apartment. Check-in and check-out is very easy with Janette.

Cristina is a super host, friendly, polite and always attentive. The apartment was clean, tidy and matches the description and photos, even surpasses it. Cristina let us in before the scheduled time and explained in detail how to access the apartment and the rest of the facilities. The spa is an added luxury, very quiet development, we stayed one more day and of course we will book it again shortly. Thank you very much.

Andrej is very attentive to everything , we have been Friday until Sunday , like at home , everything is very clean , the cleaning girl is a charm and very attentive . We repeat 👌
