Located in one of the best areas of Lorca, the apartment is ideal to enjoy during Holy Week as it has front-row views of the procession and due to its location, you can walk anywhere. The apartment is very well maintained, very spacious and with all the amenities. The host is very friendly, approachable and was always attentive to how we were doing.

While visiting Murcia we decided to stay in the La Nora neighborhood which is just a few KM away. This spacious apartment was very clean and comfortable, unique and enjoyable. It is a unique apartment because it was previously a rooftop patio that was converted into a 3 bedroom home. The two bedrooms which are located on the other side of the open-air patio each had their own mini-split HVAC which made those rooms nicely warm on the cold night we were in town. There was free parking located just a few meters from the apartment. We were so happy to see a local 3 Kings parade that was passing the street next to ours. We appreciated the host communicating with us so wonderfully

We have been very comfortable in the apartment. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The area is very quiet to rest and there are good restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed my stay in the Novasol apartment very much. The accommodation is spacious, nicely decorated and extremely homely. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. I was particularly enthusiastic about the great surroundings as well as the beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the sun. The apartment is very central, and a hike to Lorca Castle is also possible quickly and conveniently. Overall it was a very nice stay that I would love to repeat. The price could be a little cheaper for my standards, but the experience was definitely worth it!

Great Stay. Helpful host Just a couple of minor faults . Not enough Mugs . No Microwave No instructions for cooker. Bath Mats for showers , felt bad using white towels on the floors Otherwise absolutely superb 🤩🤩🤩😎😎

It's been a surprisingly wonderful stay. It is an apartment with everything you need and more, details by all places, good distribution and atmosphere, terrace that gives you life (even if it rains, which was my case), nothing is heard between rooms, nor of the adjoining doors, full bathroom that gives a lot of play...In short, we have only left there for the spa night pass. That is, except for those 4h, all the time super nice in "house" 😊 We will undoubtedly repeat. Thank you very much!

Everything went great! Lola is a very responsive host! Pleasant communication and quick resolution. The apartment is better than the pictures! Lots of light, spacious, and most of all very clean! The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living at home) A great bonus is the garage.

Apartment well located within the village, for my wife and for me we were left, they can be perfectly more people, it has all the services (supermarkets, bars, tourist office, etc.) nearby, it has a key box to make the entrance and exit of the apartment more independent, Julian was very attentive at all times in case we needed anything. The apartment is perfectly located in this area of Murcia to be able to visit all the villages in the region, which perfectly meets what we are looking for, a place to establish a kind of central base and touring all the villages (Moratalla himself, Caravaca, Ceheguin, Calasparra, Mula, etc.) of the surroundings, Moratalla has some corners in the old town that are truly picturesque.

Our paper house has a special charm, I fell in love with it as soon as I got in. It is very well located and the village is lovely. Karmele and Pepe have been very attentive to us at all times! Definitely a beautiful getaway! We loved it!

a perfect apartment for a mini vacation,arrival to the simple place that yes for that area you have to use the car for almost any transfer ,but there are supermarkets and other businesses nearby and it is very close to the motorway accesses and departures. otherwise everything as described ,a well located apartment, easy to locate and with good communication with owner.

Apartment just as is in the pictures. Nice, comfortable, renovated, and very clean. It has pretty much everything. The rest is good since you can't hear any noise. It is a bit depressed area because it has no environment but it is very easy to park and it is very close to Murcia city.

Cristina is a super host, friendly, polite and always attentive. The apartment was clean, tidy and matches the description and photos, even surpasses it. Cristina let us in before the scheduled time and explained in detail how to access the apartment and the rest of the facilities. The spa is an added luxury, very quiet development, we stayed one more day and of course we will book it again shortly. Thank you very much.

We had a lovely family holiday. The apartment is large and the bedrooms are all large. The terraces are secluded with pleasant veiws. The pool area is right next to the apartment. The location is inland but is not far from a motorway which makes trips to the beach ot towns and cities easy. If we every return to Murcia we would definitely stay again.
