This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features an exterior-facing layout and a thoughtful design, including high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with linens and towels. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. In the same room you will find the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen. The bathroom has its privacy. We place a high priority on cleanliness and hygiene. It is very important to us that you find everything as if it were brand new. It's a relaxing space, with attention to detail and designed to be perfect for every occasion. To sleep and rest well, it has a double bed with a memory foam mattress and a sofa bed for 1 person. The sofa bed is a walk-in model, as shown in the pictures. You will have a clean set of sheets for each bed, as well as pillows, blankets, etc. The bathroom is super complete. You will find towel sets for each guest and a hydromassage shower. You don't need to pack gel, shampoo or conditioner in your suitcase, as we provide them along with a hairdryer. It is also equipped with a washing machine in case you need to use it, along with laundry supplies (clothesline, clothespins, and basin). There is a folding table next to the kitchen where up to 3 people can eat, and when you don't need it, you can put it away to create more space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, such as a refrigerator, ceramic stove, coffee maker, microwave and, of course, all the necessary utensils.
