Alfonso and Marcela were excellent in communication since the reservation will be the time to check out . The apartment is very well located just 5 min walk away is a supermarket, when leaving the building is a small shop and around there are smaller shops and pharmacy less than 5 min away . The points of greatest interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and km 0 just 5-10 min . Great on about 15 minutes on foot . Nearby there is a great variety of local restaurants and also a metro station. The apartment is well equipped in its kitchen and super comfortable beds. Super recommended . To get to the apartment there is an elevator but you also have to go down stairs or climb , that was in the description of the apt too , everything was very well explained

The nicest hosts, the perfect home 🏡 and absolutely the best location. Easy access to the subway and local buses and close by easy parking for our car. I would stay here forever!

Pedro was very attentive and kind from the beginning, making sure that we had everything we needed and we did. As for the cleanliness, everything was spectacular, everything was very clean. The apartment's atmosphere is charming, cozy, and air-conditioned. All positive opinions, I would go back without thinking.

A perfect stay! Responsive host, spacious apartment for 3 adults. The place was very clean. Only downside is the basement room has no window but it's still livable.

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Mercedes is a woman that everyone respects ,she is very nice . I personally find the communication very fluid and her reaction is quick, for sure if the conditions are met I will experience another time.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Alex was a wonderful, responsive host! Instructions were clear when checking in, the location was perfectly located near the airport and the city center was not far. Definitely will consider staying here again should we be in Spain in the future!

She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

AAA + Place for vacations

This was truly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. And it was definitely the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in as well ! A few things worth mentioning… The gym is small, but so fantastic to have it and it is directly next-door to the apartment… So And the private terrace for the apartment is fabulous as well… It also has a really great coffee machine, but if you stay for more than a few days, and drink lots of coffee like us… You will need to buy beans . Love love love this place !!convenient !

Alejandra's flat is very comfortable, clean, good location away from the city centre, so quiet. Communication was excellent, she was always with quick response. The only downside was the location for collection of the key which is 20 minutes walk from the flat. Alejandra prompted offered to pay for a taxi to the flat what we didn't used, but it was a nice touch from her. Check out was no problem at all, as we just had to drop off the keys in the letterbox. I recommend Alejandra's place if you want to have a nice peaceful staying outside the city centre.
