My friend & I stayed here for our last night in Madrid! Close to a really good breakfast spot. It was a great stay 😊

Great place to stay. We did not meet Lilian cause she lives elsewhere, but she was super friendly and communicative. The only issue we had was we were unable to unlock the door on the first day, bit that got sorted. The apartment is clean and has everything in it. It is a bit far from the main centre but the metro is like a 5-minute walk away and very easy to use.

My experience was spectacular, highly recommended. Juan was waiting for our arrival and told us how to get into the apartment. It's easy to get to the parking lot and the doormen are very nice. Very grateful for the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment, very nice and romantic if you go as a couple

Host is very helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean, well furnished and with a great terrace. Location a little far from the center, but easy to arrive. When check-in the app was not working, what was very inconvenient, but the host answered quickly. I would recommend to find a place that is closer for the backup physical key.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Great apartment in the best neighborhood in the city! Very close to Retiro Park as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Francisco was so nice and responsive as well.

As usual after 4 years of using Alvaro's place , we are again fully satisfied.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Ideal apartment and well communicated. Francisco sent us the instructions in time to plan our arrival and provided us with useful details. We were able to access the house a little earlier, which is a nice touch because we had a family event and it made the logistics easier. He was attentive at all times, very friendly and top hospitality. The house is comfortable for four people as it has a sofa bed. It is very bright, the terrace is wonderful and everything was very clean. The cotton bedding and the bed were very comfortable. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is very well cared for. It has small details such as laundry detergent, a variety of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. We slept wonderfully, the area is very quiet. It is very well located, close to Santiago Bernabeu (5min) and 18min walk from Pza. Castilla. It has several bus and subway lines nearby. We felt right at home. We will definitely repeat!!!!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.
