I had a fantastic time with Mercedes. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. Her home was warm and inviting, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful weekend in Rosarios place!! 💚 Super clean, lovely decor, gorgeous courtyard! Rosario was extremely helpful and quick to respond, even left us some yummy snacks!! Highly recommend! 💞

Quiet location, 4 minutes from the nearest metro, several shopping (for food) nearby and even a coffee right next door. Very clean and just like on the photos. However, we were not aware before that the apartment consists of almost 2 apartments (with a separate key), each with one bedroom, bathroom and sofa+TV, which with the double bed then also has a kitchen and a dining table. However, the two older children (= teenagers) found this perfect :-) Communication with the co-host was straightforward, friendly and quick. We were very satisfied with this apartment.

My partner and I felt right at home. Patricia had a great breakfast for us and the house is very well located, everything was perfect.

Whether you're enjoying yourself in the garden or simply soaking in the peaceful environment, it's easy to forget the stress of everyday life. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about your comfort and experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of hospitality and serenity. My mother was especially touched by the children of the family. She couldn't stop talking about how well-mannered, kind, and respectful they were. Highly recommended!

Adriana was a great host and very responsive with helpful information too. The most generous host we have encountered in Spain or Portugal with breakfast supplies, and other extras. the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The nearest metro was 15 mins walk and a large supermarket Alcampo on the way plus a smaller Dia store down the road. The high grass hills over the road are popular for sunsets with fantastic views over Madrid. Instructions on using the hotplates are in the drawer below if needed.

We had a great time. The environment of the apartment is lively (Mercado de Maravillas, avenue du Bravo Murillo). The apartment was nice.

They were excellent hosts, very very friendly, excellent people! They responded to messages quickly and were always attentive to comfort. A place with a lot of good vibes. Áureo was very flexible with my check-in and check-out, as I arrived late because my flight was delayed. The location is very good, as the metro station that takes you to the city's key points is just a few steps away. From the airport to the apartment it is very easy to get there by public transport. It has a 24-hour supermarket just around the corner, which is a great advantage, and in front of the apartment there is a 24-hour locker service, which can be useful as in my case, I continued traveling and I didn't have to carry all my luggage. The street is very safe. You feel right at home in Áureo's apartment. The only thing that can be somewhat uncomfortable for those who have light sleep is that on weekends the street can be noisy, but other than that, everything is perfect.

The apartment is very modern and well kept. We spent a night there as we needed to fly back home and it is very convenient if you need to get to airport early in the morning. I recommend it!

The apartment is a gem! Amazing location at walkable distance from the main touristic spots. Train station and grocery store just a few minutes away. The unit was clean, cozy and beautiful. Thank you so much Pilar and Mariela, we had a wonderful time :)

Pablo is wonderful! Very polite and kind, he passes on all the information about the apartment with great clarity. The place is extremely clean, comfortable, centralized (close to everything) and has a wonderful view of the entire Gran Via. I would definitely come back for another trip. 10-star rating!❤️

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

Thank you for this beautiful place! Mila's apartment made my trip to Madrid so special! I appreciated the clear thought that went into all of the details of this stay. We were able to make coffee in the morning, use a fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the guides and magazines decorating the place. There were cute little signs everywhere to direct guests. The balcony was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon!

The house is very cozy, there is everything you need. In the central area you can walk to the center of Madrid in a few minutes. Jorge was fantastic, always present, responded to all our requests, welcoming and very nice! Very thorough cleaning! i hope to be back soon!

Everything happened perfectly , Carmen communicated with me very kindly from the beginning, she was very clear and always responded instantly to my inquiries. The apartment was as advertised, she left us linens and towels in perfect condition and even shampoo , shower gel, juices in the fridge , milk, bread and cookies. I recommend it 100 percent .

Hello , the experience was the first and I value it as very good , maybe if I have to make a constructive comment I was missing some more towels and the room somewhat narrow . Otherwise great . Rosa is a very correct woman

Large and clean room and private bathroom with everything you need. I didn't use the kitchen the location for me was perfect because I went to do some paperwork. If you want to visit Madrid for a few days, maybe it's a little far from the center. Easy and independent access. Just what I needed. Communication with Manuel was very good.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

This is a truly marvelous stay! We will be back as soon as possible. It was so good we would honestly plan a Spain trip around available dates. Jorge was so kind, truly the breakfast was out of this world. Our room was serene and the mountain air so crisp and peaceful. The grounds are even prettier than the photos. It was a truly special experience! They thought of everything with this place from the decor to the services. We loved the Christmas decorations!!

Simply spectacular. Even though we've been through rain, it's well worth it. We'll be back!
