Vacation rentals with breakfast in Carabanchel

I had a fantastic time with Mercedes. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. Her home was warm and inviting, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Ruhige Lage, 4 Minuten von der nächsten Metro entfernt, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (für Esswaren) in der Nähe und sogar ein Kaffee gleich nebenan. Sehr sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Allerdings war uns vorher nicht bewusst, dass die Wohnung quasi aus 2 Wohnungen (mit separatem Schlüssel) besteht, mit je einem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Sofa+TV, wobei die mit dem Doppelbett dann zusätzlich noch eine Küche und einen Esstisch hat. Die beiden älteren Kinder (= Teenies) fanden das jedoch perfekt :-) Die Kommunikation mit der Co-Gastgeberin war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung.

Mi pareja y yo nos sentimos como en casa. Patricia nos hacía unos desayunos buenísimos y la casa está muy bien ubicada, todo perfecto.

Whether you're enjoying yourself in the garden or simply soaking in the peaceful environment, it's easy to forget the stress of everyday life. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about your comfort and experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of hospitality and serenity. My mother was especially touched by the children of the family. She couldn't stop talking about how well-mannered, kind, and respectful they were. Highly recommended!

Adriana was a great host and very responsive with helpful information too. The most generous host we have encountered in Spain or Portugal with breakfast supplies, and other extras. the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The nearest metro was 15 mins walk and a large supermarket Alcampo on the way plus a smaller Dia store down the road. The high grass hills over the road are popular for sunsets with fantastic views over Madrid. Instructions on using the hotplates are in the drawer below if needed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L environnement de l appartement est vivant (Mercado de Maravillas, avenue du Bravo Murillo). L appartement était agréable.

Fueron excelentes anfitriones, muy muy amables, excelentes personas! Respondían los mensajes rápido y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de la comodidad. Un lugar con mucha buena vibra. Áureo fue muy flexible con mi check in y con el check out, ya que llegué tarde porque mi vuelo se retrasó. La ubicación muy buena ya que a unos pasos está la estación de metro que te lleva a los puntos clave de la ciudad. Del aeropuerto al departamento es muy fácil llegar en transporte público. Tiene un supermercado 24 horas a la vuelta de la esquina lo que es una gran ventaja, y frente al departamento hay un servicio de lockers 24 hrs, lo cual puede servir como en mi caso, que continúe viajando y no tuve que cargar con todo mi equipaje. La calle es muy segura. En el departamento de Áureo te sientes como en casa. Lo único que puede ser algo incómodo para los que tienen sueño ligero, es que en fin de semana la calle puede ser ruidosa, pero fuera de eso, todo perfecto.

appartement comme décrit. à 10 min du métro, pas besoin de la voiture pour visiter Madrid. Parking dans la rue, à 5 min au plus loin pour se garer gratuit (tres grand parking). Entrée avec boîte à clés, instructions tres precises. L'hôte repond tres vite, toit est clair et précis, et en francais. Pour nos 2 nuits c'était très bien.

The apartment is a gem! Amazing location at walkable distance from the main touristic spots. Train station and grocery store just a few minutes away. The unit was clean, cozy and beautiful. Thank you so much Pilar and Mariela, we had a wonderful time :)

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Ana was a wonderful host! Communication was clear and quick throughout the stay, and she made everything easy and stress-free. The place was very clean and well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend her as a host.

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

Thank you for this beautiful place! Mila's apartment made my trip to Madrid so special! I appreciated the clear thought that went into all of the details of this stay. We were able to make coffee in the morning, use a fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the guides and magazines decorating the place. There were cute little signs everywhere to direct guests. The balcony was beautiful and the location was perfect. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon!

La casa molto accogliente, c'è tutto quello che ti serve. in zona centrale a piedi si può raggiungere il centro di Madrid in pochi minuti. Jorge è stato fantastico, sempre presente ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste, accogliente e simpaticissimo! Pulizia molto accurata! spero di poter tornare presto!

Hola , la experiencia a sido la primera y la valoro como muy buena , quizás si debo hacer un comentario constructivo me faltaron alguna toalla más y la habitación algo estrecha . Por lo demás genial . Rosa es una mujer muy correcta

Habitación y baño privado grande y limpio con todo lo necesario. No usé la cocina. la ubicación para mí era perfecta porque fui a hacer unos trámites. Si quieres visitar Madrid por pocos días, quizás es un poco alejado del centro. Acceso fácil e independiente. Justo lo que necesitaba. La comunicación con Manuel fue muy buena.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

Exelente estadía , inmejorable ubicación en plena plaza mayor a metros de puerta del sol .zona con muchísimos restaurantes y a metros de estación de metro . Sisi muy agradable y predispuesta ante cualquier inquietud.

I am so happy that I could stay at Patricias house again :). It was the fourth time in Torrelodones for me. Patricia and Jose Luis where so kind and I had a wonderfull time with them. All became so familiar now. We hat breakfast and dinner together and I was allowed to swim in the pool of the neighbourhood :). We also went for a walk with the two dogs together. I can really recommend to stay with Patricia and I am really happy to come back in October :) Best regards Sonja
