Family-friendly vacation rentals in Capraia e Limite

Heerlijk verbleven met onze dochter van 1 jaar. Er was een badje en een kinderstoel aanwezig. Wel moet je de auto in wil je ergens komen, het is een best lastig weggetje voor de eerste keer. Genoten van de rust en de ruimte!

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Thank you to you both!

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Alessandra heeft ons zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Alles was goed en schoon verzorgd. Het uitzicht is waanzinnig en je mag overal in de mooie verzorgde tuin rondlopen. Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. We hebben een heerlijke fles olijfolie uit eigen olijfgaarde gekocht. Supermarkt is met de auto prima te doen qua afstand. Je kan gebruik maken van de wasmachine. Ik aanrader dus om Toscane te bezoeken!

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)

Simply unbelievable – a secluded haven with everything you'd want from a holiday home in the Italian countryside. We spent 6 days with our two young kids at Monica's place, and had one of the best holidays ever. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and charming, and the views are out of this world. Sunset out of the bedroom window will stay with me forever! Then there's the gardens - lots of room for kids to run around in complete safety, with a large infinity pool (cold in May, but still enjoyed every day by us and the kids… the view was so beautiful I proposed to my fiancee there 🥳), and also a playground and outdoor bowls lane. There's an excellent restaurant within 5 minutes walk, but Sillico is a quiet, beautiful medieval hamlet and not much more – be aware that to get anywhere you'll need to drive 12 minutes down quite a narrow twisty road. It didn't bother me, but just something to be aware of for less confident drivers. Overall: one of the best places I've ever stayed!

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Endroit magnifique avec un point de vue incroyable. Des hôtes charmants et attentifs . Un restaurant de qualité et un service impeccable.

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

Traumhaft gelegenes Airbnb, etwas abseits vom touristischen Treiben. Eine Oase der Ruhe, welche wir nach dem Stress in der Stadt sehr genossen haben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Kleine bezaubernde Details in der Wohnung, machten den Aufenthalt noch schöner. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder … 🥰

Our Villa in Montespertoli was everything we could have wished for and more, full of all the modern conveniences required to cook if desired. The grounds were absolutely delightful and the hillside backdrop of grapevines etc was stunning to wake up to every morning in a secluded and peaceful place. We enjoyed many mornings having coffee around the poolside deck and afternoons sharing a glass of wine chatting with our friends after our many touring adventures. You definitely need to have a car to enjoy this Villa and surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, hot Springs, San Gimignano to name a few. Our Caretaker Lia cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan dinner to share on our last night which we enjoyed immensely. Thankyou for hosting us in your home, we didn’t want to leave.

Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Mario çok misafirperver ve dost canlısı bir insan. Yerel noktalar konusunda güzel talimatlar verdi. Banyo ve yataklar temizdi. Floransa merkeze ulaşmak zor olsa da sakin ve huzurlu bir kasaba.

We come from Hong Kong, and a building like this is not often seen there. We are very happy to have had the chance to stay at the house. Some of the details in the house really impressed us, especially the antique furniture! Pietro is a great host—very friendly and responsive. I had some pleasant conversations with him. Thanks again!

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

Absolutely amazing! The pictures are accurate & the home in person was better than described . Everything about our stay was spectacular! The views were beautiful, the pool was relaxing & very clean, the rose garden was in full bloom and stunning. The house was very clean, beautifully crafted and nicely decorated. Catia & Cinzia (the sisters) were extremely friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. A basket of goodies including wine (from their family vineyard), cookies, and EVOO was left for us to enjoy. Their olive oil was truly the best we’ve ever tasted. Andrea is a very receptive host and responded promptly to our questions. Simona gave a fabulous pasta and tiramisu lesson which was so delicious. We ate most meals outside on our private patio overlooking the beautiful surroundings under the Tuscan sun. This place was magnificent 100/10.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber. So eine tolle Umgebung. Wir sind mit einem 1-Jährigen Kind gereist und wurden super lieb empfangen. Für meine Tochter gab es viele Spielsachen, eine Krabbeldecke, Babybett und Hochstuhl. Auch der kleine Spielsplatz konnte überzeugen. Unser Highlight war der tolle Sonnenuntergang und natürlich der schönste Pool, den wir bis jetzt erlebt haben. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und wirkt authentisch für die Gegend. Die ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht ist der perfekte Kontrapunkt, wenn man nach einem Tagesausflug aus den lebhaften Städten der Umgebung zurückkehrt. Es sind mehrere schöne Plätze zum Verweilen da, alle bieten eine schöne Aussicht. Der kleine Hofladen in dem wir frisches Gemüse und Obst, sowie Eier, kostenlos direkt vom Hof zur Verfügung hatten ist etwas Besonderes. Den Rotwein und das hervorragende Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau ist empfehlenswert. Wir haben viel Interessantes über den Anbau und die Verarbeitung erfahren. Der Pool (zur Alleinbenutzung!) ist gepflegt und ein echtes Highlight. Die Temperaturen sind etwas niedriger als in Reggello, was im Sommer angenehm ist. Die oft beschriebene etwas abenteuerliche Zufahrt ist für normale PKW auch beim ersten Mal mit etwas Mut und der Einweisung durch Aldo oder Allessia gut machbar. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Maria buchen. Wir sind mit kleinem Kind gereist und alles war top und bestens ausgestattet. Maria war immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben und erwartet. Der private Pool hat das ganze für uns abgerundet, es war herrlich! Klare Weiterempfehlung!
