Vacation rentals in Capitol Lake

This awesome listing is exactly what you see in the pictures. Clean, no clutter, smells wonderful, host responds quickly and follows up, house is supplied with everything especially the kitchens, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows, easy to walk down to the beach, the large patio was great for outside entertainment and our weather was fabulous that weekend. The home has the 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in between with a stocked kitchen with an island, dining room, laundry room and great living room with beautiful views. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle of the area with a fun game room, eating area in the kitchen and laundry room. This home was perfect for us 4 couples wanting to get away and go to a Mariner's game. It was very private for all of us and had good gathering locations in the home. Easy to find the home. Easy Uber access. You could also use the Water Taxi to get to Seattle. We all made some fun friend memories!!!!!!!!!

This designer interior has themed rooms that worked wonderfully as a backdrop for my photography, with excellent beds, spacious kitchen for entertaining, and an amazing bathroom and tub. Will come back again!

Rebecca was the most attentive host! Her and her husband were very responsive and met us during check in to help us settle in. The space was absolutely lovely and the surrounding area was so charming. Driving distance from Olympic National Park, and straight shot to the airport. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to be in a cozy, warm space surrounded by trees and the lake.

We really enjoyed Rebecca’s place. The view is incredible and the home is very clean and cozy. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but the beds were very comfortable and linens were very clean. We had everything we needed for the one meal we did cook at the house. We would stay here again!

Loved staying here with my family. House was SO clean. Would definitely come back. Great amount of space enjoyed seeing the water all day. Even had a highchair for my little one!

Such a charming home! We loved it! Traveled with three small kids who loved kayaking, fishing, throwing rocks in the water, running down the big hill to the water, the books in the kids reading nook and exploring the local parks/beaches. It’s very quiet, no road noise. Amazing view of mt. Rainer on a clear day and expansive views from almost all rooms. It’s an old house from the 1930s with a lot of the original old house charm but modern amenities have been updated to make it comfortable. Cathy was very kind and responsive. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is incredible—right on the water with a huge wraparound porch and stairs to a rocky beach. We lucked out with sunny 70° April weather, which made it even more magical. The house is cozy, well cared for, and very clean (the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in!). Comfortable beds, a great kitchen, beautiful glasswork, and a lovely garden. There are a lot of stairs down to the house, but they’re well-designed with landings. My parents (late 70s) managed them just fine. The home has lots of character, including some low/narrow doorways—my 6'1" dad had to duck once or twice, but it wasn’t a problem. He’s had many disappointing rentals, and said this was the first one that truly exceeded expectations. Erin was a kind and communicative host and let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The deck is amazing—tons of seating, two lounge chairs, and and unbeatable views. My little dog loved running around. We’d love to come back!

My boyfriend and I had the most relaxing weekend getaway here. There were all the appliances you could think of then some!! That’s a big deal when you love to cook. The hot tub was amazing and pretty clean which was a huge plus. Tons of special little features you’ll just have to see for yourself. We will definitely be coming back.

It is our second stay and we love this house, very peaceful, quiet and comfortable house nested in the woods by the lake. Beds and linen were great and comfortable, 3 nights of very restful uninterrupted sleep. Thank you !
