Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Capital Regional District

Gerry was as excellent of a host as they come! He met us upon arrival to help us find the house. He was very flexible even though we were running later than we thought due to the ferry. The house is amazing - so clean, updated and comfortable. And it has all the comforts of home that you would need. He goes above and beyond, and we will definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

Michelle’s place was great for our family of 7 and 3 dogs! All the space you need to relax and enjoy Sooke! Very comfortable and convenient location

We had originally booked this home for May 2024 but we had to cancel last minute because of a passport mess-up. Josie was kind enough to credit us the stay and let us reschedule. Once we arrived, our jaws dropped. The photos don’t do justice how stunning this space is. I leapt around the first 24 hours because I was so thrilled to be there with my friends, celebrating life. The beds are a dream, the forest is enchanting and we could not get enough of the outdoor shower/sauna experience. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!!

The Seaflow home was so peaceful and secluded. Our family of four absolutely loves this property and enjoyed the nearby outdoor recreation opportunities. Julie’s surrounding area recommendations were awesome. Julie and her team were quick to respond to our questions and provided clear and concise instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Family stayed In Deborah’s beautiful home for the weekend. It was a great place to reconnect and hang out. The view is spectacular, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We hope that we will be able to come and stay again.

Our second time here with our dog and she always has a blast here. It’s so peaceful and just the escape we need from the city. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a getaway on the island and debating which Airbnb to pick at Jordan River since there’s quite a few to choose from. It never disappoints, so cosy and comforting, and the campfire is always the highlight for us here.

We had a nice stay of three weeks at this Airbnb. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Victoria as well as close to stunning hiking trails. The place was very clean. We liked that it had a large TV in the living room and another one in the master bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for taking the chill off of the downstairs area in the morning, the only time we felt we needed to use it. The master bedroom was spacious with lots of closet space and drawers. We used the second bedroom as an office, and liked that there was enough space for two people to work. The upstairs bathroom featured a huge walk-in shower that was a real treat. We also enjoyed meeting the owner and his friendly dog, Biscuit, who live next door. We thought this airbnb was very reasonably priced and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

: We stayed at Jiva’s Airbnb for a girls’ weekend to celebrate my mom’s 70th, and it was absolutely perfect! The views of the ocean and mountains are simply breathtaking—better than we could have imagined. The accommodations were wonderful: very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub every night, taking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for a special celebration, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

amazing placw to stay if ur looking for a nice cozy small town quiet night

Tracy and John are fantastic hosts. They have everything you can think of and more within the unit. There were also some other little perks but don't want to ruin the surprise should you choose to stay here which you should. The view / location can't be beat. The lake is a few mins walk away; super clean (rocky so you may want water shoes) and there is a dock to jump off of. Separately, my luggage arrived late and they provided me with extra toiletries which was so thoughtful. They also regularly checked in on the situation which I really appreciated. I hope to be back!

My partner and I chose this peaceful, beautiful Airbnb as the spot for our private elopement, and it was everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach and along the shore multiple times a day. The space was cozy, serene, and spotless, and Aletta was so kind and thoughtful. She even agreed to be our witness for ceremony! An unforgettable stay in every way. Highly recommend!!

Shannon went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable after a long drive! Responsive when we had any questions. Liam was great with communication as well. This cabin we didn’t want to leave, it’s so cozy and has more than you need for a relaxing peaceful getaway, fire pit outside, hot tub, fire inside, we will be back, walk to Kinsol Trestle bridge, close drive to lake. I needed a break from the big city for a few days. Having been to Jordan River camping before, I was familiar with the region, but was looking for something that didn’t involve tents. The Fern Gully cabins are breathtaking. Cozy, warm, inviting. The bed in the loft is cozy, and I almost didn’t want to get up each morning. The beaches in the area are all a short drive away. The only drawback is there is no hot water in the kitchen sink, so you have to boil water in order to do the dishes. That and the water pressure of the outdoor shower isn’t very strong. But these are all small things in my opinion and I would definitely recommend this place!

My family and I had a very lovely, relaxing stay at Jessica’s cabin. It has everything you would need for a weekend getaway. One thing we wish we packed were eye masks as the sun woke us up due to no window coverings!

We had a great stay. Nice home base as we ventured out to some local attractions and hikes. Lots of board games and some activities for young kids also. Beds were comfortable and home was cozy. We would stay here again.

Super cozy and accommodating cottage! A nice short walk to town and the fire pit was super lovely at any time of day. Has its own fire wood and own pokers to roast marshmallows and what not! Would definitely recommend for couples wanting a nice place to lay back, eat, watch some movies (they provide) and play some board games (which they provide). Overall amazing! Candice and JS’s cabin is perfect. Nestled in a private spot in the woods just off the main highway it is a fantastic getaway on the wild coast of VI. We loved the cabin and barbecued each day after hiking to Mystic Beach and driving the coastline exploring beaches and then settled in for a bottle of wine and DVD from their collection. Whilst luxury and cabin in the woods may not seem to be a natural match, Candice and JS provide this brilliant combination!

Beautiful, warm and cozy Lake House. Spotlessly clean and absolutely pristine! The sunsets were divine. Peace, tranquility and great energy! Fantabulous host ;-)
