I had a 3 day stay at Robert's place. It was perfect for myself, quiet, safe neighborhood and most comfortable. I would happily recommend it to others.

An absolute breathtaking place to stay! Although the description and photos are accurate - they do not do the place justice! The area has so much to offer for exploration and the property has its own botanical garden which felt on par with many public/curated gardens we visited in Victoria. Joanne has been an absolute sweetheart to communicate with. I hope we have another opportunity to return soon. Thank you, Joanne!

Our hosts thought of everything. They went beyond expectations with regard to amenities. Very beautiful and comfortable.

I stayed here before and decided to come again with other travelling companions. The location is beautiful. The home is a beautiful space with everything we needed, including a wonderful view. With the big windows, we could see robins building their nest under the home’s balcony while also being able to watch eagles flying by over the water. Sharon was responsive with texting even though she was away during our stay. There is a nearby small commercial space with two food trucks serving excellent food if you want a respite from cooking. We could either choose to eat there before driving out of the area for the day, or to stop off for dinner on our way back. I highly recommend Sharon’s place if you are looking for a rural oceanside getaway.

An all around great place. Located within walking distance to the water and restaurants and all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay.

We loved staying at Deanna’s. The resort was excellent and the kids had a blast. Lots of games in the unit, kitchen was well equipped for 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Beach was great and when it rained, the heated indoor pool and games room was amazing!

We have been very fortunate to have stayed in quite a few Airbnb places across Canada & this one is my favorite. The outstanding entry and gardens are just the beginning. Inside the accommodations are in an excellent layout and we felt very comfortable and pampered. Our hosts were so friendly and made sure we had the directions for whatever we wanted to do.

This space was perfect for our needs. It was super clean and very comfortable. The beds were soft, and there was plenty of space for the three of us. We also really appreciated that they had a nice tower fan in each room which came in handy for white noise and to help keep things cooler since it was a little warm while we were there. Our hosts were super helpful and sent detailed instructions with pictures on where to park and how to navigate to the private entrance. They also were very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early. We were impressed with all the labels attached to places around the house which showed that they are super experienced with renting the space and have really thought of everything. We loved the snacks they provided too, we had the chips with the pizza we ordered. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great place to stay. Very clean and the hot tub after golfing was perfect. Will recommend to friends and family.

Comfortable and spacious basement apartment. Bed also comfortable, we got a great nights sleep. Located well for sightseeing up the west coast . Plenty of stores nearby. Highly recommend parachute ice cream - the best we have had in a long time ( 5 minutes drive from the accommodation)

We had the most wonderful stay at Laura’s property! She was accommodating beyond what is required of hosts. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The pictures don’t do it justice. The suite is so peaceful, clean and beautiful!

our stay at Colleen's place was wonderful! I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the island. During our stay we were able to visit the butterfly gardens, bug zoo, and Beacon Hill park. Colleen's place was roughly a 10-30 minute drive from each of these locations.

Was a lovely stay with everything we needed to have a break on our busy travel schedule . buses and shops in easy walking distance to get around .

This place is absolutely worth staying at. The view never gets old, Mason is wonderful and made us feel like special guests. Quiet, peaceful, functional, beautiful.

Barbara was fantastic throughout and very understanding my early check-in! she's very knowledgeable about the area and was always willing to help me out in any situation. Her place is beautiful and quiet and located in a good area where you can walk to some restaurants if you need to! We had a great 3-night stay at Bonnie and Dave's place. We enjoyed the peaceful rural setting, the hot tub, and the outdoor fire pit. Bonnie and Dave even let us put up our tent in front of the Airbnb, so that my husband and son could have a bit of a "camping" experience--something our son had wanted to do all summer. The kitchen was well-equipped for making family meals, and we appreciated Bonnie's freshly baked muffins, eggs, and other food she left for us. The location of the Airbnb worked well for a fun day trip to Salt Spring Island via the Crofton ferry, being only a 15-20 minute drive from Crofton, and it was only about a 40-minute drive from the Kinsol Trestle section of the Cowichan Valley Trail, which we enjoyed biking along. Bonnie, Dave, and their dog, Sawyer, were away during our stay, so we didn't get to meet them on this visit, but they were always prompt, helpful, and friendly with all their communications. Thanks again for a great stay, Bonnie and Dave!

This is truly a piece of paradise tucked away on the Cowichan River. The parklike grounds are meticulously maintained and pride of ownership (and hard work) is apparent. The cozy suite was well-appointed with everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend to all guests who enjoy the peaceful tranquility of sitting by the river listening to the birds sing. Amazing location and Amazing Hosts!! 5 Stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay and so convenient for visiting family for us. So many options for dining close by. The suite was well appointed, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.
