(Beach access is only 2 mi away). We are nestled in the middle of the gateway to Olympic National Park, and everything this area has to offer. We are only 10 miles from Port Angeles. This amazing structure is attached to 3 large cedars and 1 giant maple using advanced tree tabs that allow the trees to sway gently, providing a natural and immersive experience. Indulge in tranquility at this riverside cabin. Relax by the gas fireplace or cook in the elegant kitchen with a view of the river and mossy trees from the deck. Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

The Hiker's Cabin serves as an ideal base for daily excursions to explore Olympic National Park and local beaches. Walk directly from the Hiker’s Cabin onto trails leading into the park!

River House on the Elwha River & the Olympic Park

River House is a 2672sf home on a high bank above the Elwha River across from the Olympic National Park. A deck with a barbeque and a hot tub has views of the River and mountains. The clean air of the Olympics makes for brilliant stars in the deep blue night sky.

The Private Peaceful Cottage

WELCOME to this delightful, comfy and cozy cottage with pocket views to the Seattle skyline, Cascade Mountains and Puget Sound shipping lanes. Less than 2 miles from the ferry terminal and downtown and only 3/4 mile from a public beach, you're surrounded by tall evergreen trees, resident bald eagles and gardens. A propane fireplace adds ambience and warmth. A comforting poodle mix, Bodhi, would likely greet you.
