The house is brand new and in perfect condition. Everything you need is provided. Very clean and tidy, it is equipped with every comfort from the dishwasher to the hairdryer, from the washing machine to the microwave oven and so on. Gianluca proved to be a perfect host from before departure by providing us with useful information to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect stay.

My family and I visited this quiet apartment to explore the northern part of Tuscany. The check in was smooth, the host accommodated our arrival and was always available for our questions. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the kitchen is superbly stocked with spices and dishes. We were able to warm up the cottage with central heating, which we especially like. The host offered for the last day that we could stay longer if we wanted. We would definitely come back to this appartement next time we explore this part of beautiful Italy.

It was perfect! Caterina and her husband Narciso are very hospitable and helpful. On site, Narciso always responded to inquiries and had good tips. The accommodation and especially the garden with pool are very nice. While we weren't there, the hosts even took care of the maintenance (they live next door), which was extremely nice. The children used the swings and the playhouse a lot. There were numerous opportunities to stay in the garden. A wine bar/enoteca can be reached on foot, as well as a bakery and a supermarket. Perfect location also to reach the (free) beach at Viareggio/ Spiaggia di Torre del Lago, 15 min by car. The accommodation is also very convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre or Florence. We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!
