The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. Island Pearl is one of the original cottages on Isle Of Palms. Three blocks to beach, about a 7 minute walk. it is in a very quiet area of Isle Of Palms. It has been recently renovated and is a a cozy and charming cottage. The huge back yard has a great deck and fire pit area. There is a garage in the back that houses the washer and dryer. Also provided is 6 beach chairs and a beach wagon.
