Monthly Rentals in Cape Neddick Beach

A large, comfortable home with the ocean in sight! The beach was stunning and the area was so quiet and peaceful in the off-season. Some great restaurants and shops were still open too. We’d love to return one day.

We loved Donna’s cottage so much! It was perfect for a small girls weekend (with 3 dogs!). We relaxed, spent time at the cottage unplugging, then went to oguinquit and Portsmouth for meals and shopping! Her cottage is in a great location , in proximity to so many fun spots. Donna even sent a document with a bunch of recommendations that was so helpful! She spent time chatting with me on the phone, telling me how to check in and giving me personal recommendations. I’d recommend this stay to anyone who’s looking for a getaway!

Loved John’s place in Cape Neddick! Convenient to multiple seaside towns making sightseeing a breeze and loved being a short easy walk to the beach for beautiful beach days. Listening to the ocean each night was a dream. Don’t sleep on his restaurant recommendations, they were all amazing. Would love to visit again!

My husband I stayed at Lydia’s adorable cabin. It was very private, clean, and comfortable . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub one evening and built a fire another. My husband kept saying how quiet and peaceful it was. I was also pleasantly surprised that there is actually a bed on the first floor and I didn’t have to climb stairs to the loft. It can comfortably sleep 4. The bed was Amazing! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting southern Maine.
