Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

Great house for large family. Lots of games and entertainment inside, and plenty of outdoor activities for both kids and adults. The covered hot tub was a big hit as well! Julie provides a great house manual with all of the necessary info, as well as recommendations and tips for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

Perfect for our group of 4, plenty of space. Much bigger than I thought after viewing the pictures. Everything was clean and worked great. We took full advantage of the kitchen and there were plenty of cook and eat ware. Quick 4 minute drive to Attitash, close enough to go home for lunch. Loved that we were able to bring our dog too! Check in and check out were super easy. We will certainly be back next Winter for our Attitash weekend. Great condo. It was so clean and the furniture was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hosts truly thought of everything for their guests. Fans were provided, ample towels, and extra pillows for a family of three, and the WiFi was easy to find, the condo was incredibly clean but also felt like a home. I assumed both bedrooms were on the same floor but they weren’t. My son ended up sleeping in the living room during our stay because the bunk bed room was very far from the main bedroom and both are located on separate floors. There’s a folding wall that you can leave open on the loft which was nice to ease my son’s anxiety of sleeping farther apart than usual. Also, the tvs in both bedrooms are almost impossible to navigate so we kind of gave up on watching tv in our room each night. The pools were very nice but the operating hours weren’t great compared to some of the other condos we’ve stayed at in this area. That’s at no fault of the hosts though.

This beautiful home is great for families. My family of 8 adults and 1 dog stayed for a weekend. The home is clean clean clean and has everything a family could need. Games galore! Although our stay was for a sad reason (laying sister to rest) the home brought us together as a family. Plenty of room and great location. I highly recommend. I will rent again during summer!

Cabin is absolutely beautiful, very clean, welcoming, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back for sure! Thanks for being awesome!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

We had a wonderful experience visiting the area and staying in the beautiful home. The home was very well kept and had plenty of amenities. The view of the surrounding mountains was amazing. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying visiting the area.

The cozy cabin was exactly as described. The property was clean and had all of the supplies that we needed. Location was close to the lake, downtown, and plenty of restaurants. We were able to take our two dogs in the cabin worked out perfect. Joe communicated well with us. We look forward to our return visit.
